In this research, the residential environment index system and evaluation model were established by means of subjective and objective methods. The methodology for establishing the evaluation system for residential environment was first analyzed; then the subjective evaluation data-base was established by questionnaire survey; and at the same time, the objective evaluation data-base was constructed by Geographic Information System (GIS); and then the related equation system between subjective and objective system was developed by multiple regression analysis. This research could benefit evaluation of the residential environment quality for various purposes, and also provide important rudimentary data-base for the development and improvement of residential environment for officials. Furthermore, the index system and evaluation model established in this research could construct a strong relation between subjective evaluation and objective data; and thus could provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective methodology for the evaluation of residential environment.  相似文献

为了完善我国居住环境评价体系并加强其指导作用,通过对比、归纳与实证应用等方法从研究尺度、评价方法和应用技术3个方面对现有研究成果进行分析与总结.现有宏观尺度评价体系普遍对城市规划建设的指导作用不明显,而中观与微观尺度评价体系对改善住区环境的指导作用则逐渐加强.我国评价体系中确定指标阈值与权重的方法多元化,以AHP法确定权重为例,在实证计算的基础上,分析了该方法的优势与不足.在综合评价过程中,非线性模型比线性模型更能够体现各指标间相互影响的关系;ARCGIS平台下的评价模型具有空间与属性一体化的优势,而且结果直观.我国居住环境评价的方法体系仍未系统建立,学科领域、研究范畴需要拓宽,指导作用有待加强.  相似文献

The new Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) satellite image offers a large choice of opportunities for operational applications. The 1-km Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR) image is not suitable for retrieval of field level parameter and Landsat data are not frequent enough for monitoring changes in crop parameters during the critical crop growth periods. A methodology to map areas of paddy fields using MODIS, geographic information system (GIS) and global position system (GPS) is introduced in this paper. Training samples are selected and located with the help of GPS to provide maximal accuracy. A concept of assessing areas of potential cultivation of rice is suggested by means of GIS integration. By integration of MODIS with GIS and GPS technologies the actual areas of rice fields in 2002 have been mapped. The classification accuracy was 95.7% percent compared with the statistical data of the Agricultural Bureau of Zhejiang Province.  相似文献

对企业可持续发展水平的评价体系和评价方法进行了研究。采用了一种新的评价方法—网络层次分析法(ANP)建立企业可持续发展的评价指标体系,对各指标作了比较详细的解释,分析了指标之间的相互影响和依存关系。分别用AHP和ANP两种方法来确定指标权重,比较分析表明,ANP方法得出的指标权重趋向均衡化,增加了指标权重的可行性和合理性。给出了对现实评价问题的处理方法,为企业和政府相关部门提供了决策方法和依据。  相似文献

本研究基于CIPP评价模式的理论框架,以教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》等政策文本和质性访谈结果为依据,在初选课程思政教育活动评价指标的基础上,通过测量工具(量表)收集研究样本,在对样本数据进行项目分析、因子分析和信度检验后,形成了稳定的“背景评价、输入评价、过程评价和结果评价”四维结构,并分离出政治环境、课程资源、教学方案、教学效果等11个二级指标(公共因子),同时以因子分析过程中所产生的因子得分系数对各级指标进行权重赋值,从而完成指标体系的构建。本研究所构建的指标体系既关注了课程思政教育活动的过程性与覆盖面,也注意引导评价者坚持形成性评价与结果性评价相结合,具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

根据山东统计数据信息,以山东省农村居民收入支出为例,应用灰色系统理论建立农村住户人均收入和支出的时间(1999—2006年)序列模型,分析收入和支出的内在关系和变化趋势,给出了GM(1,1)模型的实现方法。通过对预测结果的检验,证明灰色GM(1,1)模型具有准确性高、拟合效果好的特点。  相似文献

采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了润扬悬索桥的三维有限元模型并对其进行了自振特性分析,同时计算了各种工况下大桥的应力及位移响应.基于灵敏度的物理意义以及罚函数的思想,提出了一种结构有限元模型修正的新方法.该方法仍以自振特性为目标函数,以结构设计参数为待修正参数,但设计参数的上下限根据测试所得静力响应值和理论值的对比以及工程经验来确定,因此静力响应可用于验证修正后的有限元模型.采用结构健康监测系统数据及提出的方法对大桥有限元模型进行了修正与验证,得到了能够较好地反映大桥整体动静力性能的有限元基准模型,为润扬悬索桥的健康监测和损伤预警提供了研究基础.  相似文献

This paper develops a theoretical framework that could facilitate the application of the Autovalutazione, Valutazione periodica, Accreditamento (AVA) method in Italian universities, trying to simplify the use of this approach, and to cover the existing gap between Italy and others European academic institutions. The new competitive environment in the academic system has created a reality where customers compare the ‘knowledge value’ that they are likely to receive in each academic institution. Quality in education is nowadays fundamental and student satisfaction is one of its main dimensions. There is an emphasis on service that meets the students’ needs and expectations, problem-solving processes based on facts, feedback systems and statistical methods and improvement of processes and systems by collaboration and involvement. Starting from 2013, all Italian universities are obliged by law to adopt the AVA method [Self-Evaluation, Periodic Evaluation and Accreditation], a system of activities carried out by the National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes (ANVUR).  相似文献

目的:检验数值天气预报模式(WRF)在雅砻江下游对强降水的预报能力,并找出表现最优的参数化方案组合。创新点:首次针对雅砻江流域检验 WRF模式对强降水的预报能力,并加入了计算时间作为评价的重要参考。方法:通过三场强降水事件,利用七种常用的云微物理参数化方案(Kessler,Linet al.(Lin),Single- Moment 3-class (WSM3),Single-Moment 5-class (WSM5),Ferrier,Single-Moment 6-class (WSM6),和 New Thompson et al.(NTH))和3种积云对流参数化方案(Kain-Fritsch (KF), Betts-Miller-Janjic (BMJ)和Grell-Devenyi (GD))的组合,对WRF模式在雅砻江下游的降水预报能力进行检验。为了评价 WRF 模式的预报能力,引入探测率(POD),空报率(FAR),BIAS和公平预报评分(ETS),对比不同方案组合的降水空间分布和站点预报的有效性。同时,均方根误差(RMSE)等指标被用来评价面雨量预报的精确性。除常规评价外,还将计算时间作为方案评价的重要参考,在满足精度需求的前提下优先选择计算效率高的方案组合。结论:1. WRF模式能够适用于雅砻江下游强降水预报;2. WSM3以及GD参数化方案组合的表现最为有效和稳定。  相似文献
