浅谈高职院校顶岗实习教学管理

顶岗实习是高职院校有效实施工学结合人才培养模式的重要途径。顶岗实习学生的教育管理是提升高职人才培养质量的保障。本文在分析顶岗实习管理中的难点与问题的基础上,以笔者管理学生顶岗实习的实践工作为例,总结出做好顶岗实习工作的几点认识,以供参考。
