电信运营商员工工作压力源的结构及其属性研究——来自河南省的实证数据

以河南电信运营商员工为调查对象,在访谈分析的基础上,新加入了同行竞争维度,从个体因素、组织因素、环境因素三方面,编制工作压力量表.综合运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的方法,构建了电信运营商员工工作压力源的六因素模型.最后,以工作绩效为结果变量,对工作压力源的属性进行了判定.     

高职院校专业教师胜任力模型研究

高职院校专业教师胜任力是指教师为适应高职教育教学这一特定岗位而必须具备的专业知识、职业技能和特质的总和。通过行为事件访谈和问卷调查,借助探索性因子分析、信度检验、效度检验和验证性因子分析,构建了包括自我管理、科技素养、教学能力、工作态度、实践能力、职业素养胜任力等六个维度的高职院校专业教师胜任力模型,以此作为选拔、培养、培训、评价高职院校专业教师的依据。     

教师的工作压力与心理健康

笔者就呼伦贝尔市地区的高校呼伦贝尔学院的教师进行了工作压力与心理健康的问卷调查,根据调查的结果来揭示造成教师工作压力的因素和心理健康方面出现的问题．探讨减压的措施,为合理有效的安排教师工作、提高教师身心健康提供科学依据．     

高职物流管理专业实践教学效果的ICRM评价研究

采用问卷调查的方法,以广西部分高职院校教师为调查对象,收集了教师对物流管理专业实践教学评价指标认可程度的相关数据,用SPSS软件进行了探索性因子分析,提取了影响高职物流管理专业教学评价结果的主要因素为4个因子（ICRM）：教学投入因子、教学内容因子、教学结果因子、教学方式方法因子等12个二级指标.再通过AMOS进行验证性因子分析,确保了模型的效度和信度,更有利于实施.     

中小学教师职业压力现状调查及其启示

根据国内外学者编制量表的经验,自行编制中小学教师职业压力现状问卷，对新疆塔城市500名中小学教师进行问卷调查，探讨教师职业现状及其对教师造成的不良影响。结果发现，中小学教师职业压力普遍很大，并且已经影响到教师的健康状况和工作绩效：职业压力对教师健康的不良影响显著地大于对工作的不良影响；不同学校、不同教龄教师的职业压力具有显著性差异。结论：中小学教师职业压力普遍很大。已经影响到教师的健康状况和工作绩效。     

教师职业压力与心理健康水平关系研究

通过对545名中小学教师进行职业压力、心理健康和社会支持的问卷调查,结果发现,工作负荷、考试压力、职业期待是目前中小学教师的主要压力源;有9.07%的教师存在不同程度的心理问题;教师职业压力与心理健康存在着紧密联系,工作负荷对心理健康起消极作用;社会支持对心理健康起积极作用。加强以人为本的管理方式、构建科学的评价体系、提供良好的支持系统以及教师自身的努力,是教师缓解压力、提高心理健康水平的重要策略。     

工作时间压力与幼儿园教师工作投入的关系——情绪耗竭的中介和领导支持的调节作用

目的 探讨工作时间压力与幼儿园教师工作投入的关系及其作用机制。方法 采用便利取样法,使用工作时间压力量表、幼儿园教师工作投入问卷、情绪耗竭量表、领导支持量表,对浙江省宁波市、杭州市、金华市235名幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷202份。结结果果工作时间压力显著预测幼儿园教师工作投入;情绪耗竭在工作时间压力与幼儿园教师工作投入间起中介作用,且该中介作用存在“遮掩效应”;领导支持在工作时间压力与幼儿园教师工作投入间起调节作用。结结论论情绪耗竭是工作时间压力对工作投入产生损耗效应的中介路径,领导支持是工作时间压力对工作投入产生潜在积极作用的条件,体现了工作时间压力的双刃剑效应。     

桂林市初中学生学习与教师工作的压力调查与研究

一、调查背景和目的 通过对桂林市四所普通初中的学生和教师进行问卷调查,了解开展课程改革之后初中学生的学习压力以及教师的工作压力,以便提出相应的意见和建议。     

工作压力类型及其绩效和离职倾向差异分析——以大学教师为例

依据压力交互作用理论,结合939份问卷调查结果,从压力感和压力反应两个维度,把大学教师工作压力状况划分为高压力感、高压力反应等四种类型,综合分析压力源和压力反应对教师工作绩效和离职倾向产生的影响。结果表明高压力感对工作绩效的不同维度具有正向促进作用,而高压力反应对离职倾向则更具有预测力。这些结论不同于"高压力感造成了工作绩效下降和离职倾向升高"的传统观点。     

甘肃省农村中小学教师工作压力现状之调查分析

本文采用问卷调查法对甘肃省2382名农村中小学教师的工作压力状况及其主要成因等进行了调查研究。结果表明,69．1％的参与调查的农村中小学教师自我感觉工作压力很大,且在被调查的农村中小学教师中,其工作压力和离职意向的性别和校别差异均达到了显著水平。进一步分析发现,教师兼教科目与跨年级教学情况较多、教师工作时间过长、工资待遇严重偏低等是造成教师工作压力大的主要原因。最后,笔者在调查分析的基础上,提出了问题解决建议。
