利用Al-TiO2-C体系熔铸法制备含稀土LaO2原位自生Al2O3-TiCp/Al基复合材料,借助差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等测试技术,对Al-TiO2-C体系的组织结构进行了详尽的分析,讨论了稀土LaO2铝对Al2O3-TiCp/Al基复合材料的影响规律。实验结果表明,稀土LaO2的加入可改善陶瓷颗粒Al2O3和TiC与熔体的润湿性,而且有效细化和净化了组织,降低了反应温度。稀土LaO2添加剂含量为0,5%时利用熔铸法制备的复合材料中原位形的Al2O3,TiC颗粒尺寸较小,分布均匀。  相似文献

选用ZrO2(5wt.%Y2O2)和Al2O2为粉体原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备氧化锆基氧化铝(YSZ/Al2O3)复合陶瓷,研究了悬浮体的Zeta电位、分散性、流变性及其显微结构.结果表明:在pH=9~10附近、选用SD-00为分散剂,加入量为1.0wt.%,粉体最佳配比为70wt.%ZrO2(5wt.%Y2O2)和30wt.%Al2O3获得固相含量为50Vol.%的悬浮体,制备出了均匀致密、高强度的YSZ/Al2O3复合陶瓷.  相似文献

制备了利用KCl/Al作为负电极的有机电致发光器件,器件结构为IT0/NPB/Alq/KCl/Al,KCl层的加入增强了电子注入,当其厚度为1.5nm时,器件的性能最好.与单层Al电极的同类器件相比,此时器件的开启电压由Al电极时的5V降低到了2.5V。器件的亮度在11V时由231cd/m^2提高到15070cd/m^2,器件的发光效率也增加了10倍,达到2.79cd/A.  相似文献

Ti、Al和C粉的燃烧合成实验结果表明,在Ti:Al:C=2:2:l体系中,添加TiC≤10wt.%时,燃烧产物中Ti3AlC2的含量与未添加TiC的相比,有大幅度增加;添加TiC≥20wt.%时,燃烧产物中Ti3AlC2的含量略有减少,而TiC的含量增多。从燃烧温度的角度探讨了TiC对燃烧合成产物相组成的影响。  相似文献

以α-SiC和BaAl2Si2O8(BAS)为原料,采用热压烧结工艺制备了SiC基复合材料.研究了添加剂对液相烧结SiC基复合材料的致密化、显微组织、抗弯强度及断裂行为的影响.测试结果表明,添加剂BAS有效促进了SiC基复合材料的致密化.40wt%BAS/SiC复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别高达454MPa和5.1MPa·m^1/2.复合材料的主要增韧机制为SiC晶粒的拔出、裂纹偏转和裂纹桥连.  相似文献

在真空感应炉中氩气保护下制备材料,用OM,SEM,EDAX及拉伸试验,探讨硅对原位反应自生Mg2Si,ZM5复合材料T6热处理后显微组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明,反应恭加物Si在ZM5合金中形成了高熔点、高硬度的Mg2Si强化相,时效处理可促进γ(Mg17Al12)相沿晶内连续析出,明显地提高了材料的室温与高温强度;且Mg2Si相的形貌亦随着硅含量的不同而变化;Mg2Si相是一种脆性相,使得该材料呈现出解理断裂,降低了材料的塑性。  相似文献

研究了采用直流电弧原位冶金技术制备 WC /Ni 复合材料的方法和组织性能。试验结果表明,生成的WC 颗粒在制备的 WC /Ni 复合材料的底部和顶部中的分布和尺寸都不同,底部分布较少并成散乱分布,尺寸达到100~200μm;顶部分布较多且有序分布,尺寸为10~20μm。基体为 Al0.9 Ni4.22相且硬度整体一致,WC 组织颗粒的宏观形貌为三棱柱,微观则为层片状结构,且其硬度根据所处位置不同而有一定变化,最大值可达到2331.99 HV。  相似文献

本以KF/Al2O3为催化剂,研究了柠檬醛和丙酮缩合制备假性紫罗兰酮的反应,重点考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应原料摩尔配比(柠檬醛,丙酮)、催化剂用量诸因素对反应的影响,确定了制备假性紫罗兰酮的优化反应条件:温度15℃、时间0.5h、柠檬醛,丙酮10mmol/90mmol、催化荆KF/Al2O3 1.45g,柠檬醛的转化率为97.6%,假性紫罗兰酮的选择性为100%。  相似文献

本文以KOH/Al1O3为催化剂,研究了正己醛和苯甲醛交叉缩合a-丁基肉桂醛的反应,重点考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应原料摩尔配比(己醛/苯甲醛)、溶剂用量、催化剂用量、催化剂负载量诸因素对目标产物α-丁基肉桂醛产率的影响,确定了制备α-丁基肉桂醛的优化反应条件:温度70℃、时间1.5h、己醛/苯甲醛10mmol/12mmol、溶剂苯乙醇5ml、催化剂KOH/Al2O3 0.84g、催化剂负载量11.9mmol/g,得己醛的转化率为100%,α-丁基肉桂醛的选择性为83.24%,即α-丁基肉桂醛的收率为83.24%。  相似文献
