我国上市公司财务信息披露存在的问题及其影响与对策

上市公司的信息披露对保护投资者合法利益、提高上市公司质量、促进股市健康发展等方面有着非常重要的意义,其中又以财务信息披露最为重要。本文对我国上市公司财务信息披露方面存在的问题及其不良影响进行了阐述和分析,并有针对性地提出了对策建议,旨在为提高上市公司财务信息披露质量、建立健全上市公司和监管部门的信息披露机制提供参考,从而发挥财务信息在证券市场上的真正作用。     

中国上市公司信息披露的制度缺陷及治理对策

信息披露是上市公司治理结构的重要内容。证券市场是典型的信息非对称市场，证券市场的信息非对称，必然导致虚假信息充斥于市，使证券市场变成“柠檬市场”。中国上市公司信息披露的制度缺陷，使中国证券市场信息造假和信息欺诈屡禁不绝，极大地伤害了投资的信心，危及中国证券市场的健康发展。因此，必须构建上市公司信息披露的诚信机制，提高上市公司信息披露的质量，从而确保中国证券市场健康持续发展。     

试析上市公司会计信息披露失真的原因及对策

文章分析了我国上市公司会计信息的披露舞弊现象严重的原因，然后根据分析得出减少上市公司舞弊的有效办法是加大对违法上市公司的惩罚力度，监管部门提高抽查上市公司的比率，监管部门降低检查成本。     

环境会计信息披露影响因素实证研究

选取安徽省77家A股上市公司2011--2012年的数据作为研究样本,从环境会计信息披露的经济和法律背景出发,提出资产负债率、盈利能力等8个自变量作为影响环境信息披露水平的研究假设,运用无序多分类Logisitic模型,得到了环境会计信息披露水平的影响因素,并提出建设性建议,对于满足利益相关者的信息要求具有现实的理论和实际意义。
