谈高职教育中信息素质的培养

信息素质是学生综合素质的重要组成部分，培养学生的信息素质已经成为高等职业教育人才培养的重要目标之一，为培养适应信息时代需求的高级技术型人才，使其在将来的社会中更具有生存力和竞争力，应从信息意识、信息知识、信息能力、信息道德几方面综合培养学生的信息素质。     

案例教学法初探

现行高中地理新教材编写的主导思想着眼点之一在于提高学生的能力素质。把地理技能、能力素质培养放在重要的地位，目的是冲破传统教材对学生能力素质培养的束缚，培养具有较强的知识应用能力，善于信息整合及创新的21世纪人才。因此．遵循新大纲、立足新教材、更新教学理念和运用新的教学方法是目前高中地理教师必须研究的课题。     

文化素质的培养应着力于信息素质

文化素质是知识、能力、方法等多种因素的集成和综合。信息素质又是文化素质的一个重要组成部分，是综合素质和整体能力的重要标志。……信息素质教育不仅仅是培养学生的现代知识的检索技能，重要的是培养学生对现代信息环境的理解能力、应变能力以及融于意识中运用信息的自觉性、主动性、预见性和独立性。信息素质对现代大学生有着极其重要的作用。信息素质教育的最终目标是：具有信息学基础知识，具备信息收集、整理、利用、评价的能力，具有与社会信息化进程相适应的思想意识．思维方式和心理素质。

从2001年理科综合高考卷谈学生综合能力培养

纵观2001年的理科综合高考卷，重点对学生能力和素质的考查，以下几个特点更为鲜明：首先，以现实生活为背景材料考查学生解决实际问题的能力，如第16题、第19题；第二，利用学科间知识的渗透、交叉和综合，考查学生理论联系实际、学以致用的能力，如第26题、第30题；第三，紧密联系科研成果的“信息题”，意在考查学生对科技信息的接受和处理能力，如第31题．因此，在“理科综合”及今后“大综合”形势下，如何适应高考改革，进一步提高学生的综合素质?值得大家不断地实践和探索．本文仅以2001年的理科综合高考卷试题为例，谈谈培养学生综合能力的几个问题．     

信息社会下课程目标的定位与设计

一、信息社会的能力素质要求 1．德智体全面发展、具有高度创新能力和很强的信息能力，学会生存。有良好的思想道德品质是前提，创新能力是社会发展的灵魂，很强的信息能力是适应信息社会知识爆炸式增长并且迅速更新换代的基本要求。在信息时代，信息本身已经不再重要，重要的是培养学生的信息获取、信息分析、信息加工和信息处理的能力，即所谓的“信息能力”。
