浅析乡镇学前儿童音乐教育资源的利用

随着农村乡镇学前教育的不断发展,幼儿音乐教育的水平和要求也不断提高,由于当前农村乡镇学前音乐教育教师资源较为匮乏,专业素质不高,硬件设施不完备,对音乐教育的认知及教学内容不到位,音乐教育的观念落后,乡镇音乐教育中本土资源的运用,因此需要提高乡镇学前教育的硬件设施及学前教师的专业素质,本文关注的是乡镇上学前儿童的音乐教育资源,针对这里的教育资源利用情况进行了探讨。     

浅谈高师学前教育专业中的舞蹈教学

关于中职幼师专业英语教学的思考与实践

伴随我国学前教育幼儿英语课程的广泛开设,如何更好地进行幼师英语教学,培养出符合时代要求的复合型优秀幼儿英语教师,如何变革才能使中职幼师专业的毕业生顺应我国学前教育的发展,胜任具有启蒙意义的学前教育,是中职幼师专业英语教学中应思考和总结的问题。

Classroom interaction in regular and special education middle primary classrooms in the United Arab Emirates

Samir Dukmak is an assistant professor in the Department of Special Education in the Faculty of Education at the United Arab Emirates University. The research reported in this article investigated the frequency, types of and reasons for student-initiated interactions in both regular and special education classrooms in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). These interactions were studied in relation to various variables, including levels of students' academic achievement, their gender, special educational needs and disability. Teacher-initiated interactions were also examined in the study. Eighteen boys and girls from two regular and two special education classrooms were observed. Various types of interaction were identified among students and the results reveal that boys in all groups initiated more interactions than girls, and that high-achieving boys and girls initiated more interactions than their low-achieving counterparts. The findings also reveal that teachers interacted differently with boys versus girls. The reasons prompting students to initiate classroom interaction are highlighted in this research.     

阶梯式教学在学前教育专业钢琴教学中的应用

本文针对学前教育专业钢琴教学中存在的学生入学钢琴基础参差不齐的前提下,对所有学生进行共同授课的大课形式,导致学生千篇一律的学习内容,学生学习缺乏积极性的教学实际,在分析我国各高校学前教育专业钢琴课程设置的基础上,本文阐述阶梯式分组教学的观点,结合学前教育专业钢琴课程的实际,在经过本校两年的学前教育专业钢琴课程教学改革实验中取得了可喜的成果。     

An eco-behavioral analysis of children's engagement in urban public school preschool classrooms

The primary aim of this study was to identify particular group configurations and teacher behaviors that co-occurred with children's active engagement in public school early childhood classrooms for 4-year-olds. Children (N = 138, 52% boys) were observed using a time sampling method in 12 classrooms in 12 urban schools serving students from predominantly lower-income, minority families. Children were involved in whole group settings for 52% of observations. The most common teacher behavior in any setting was providing direction/instruction. Logistic regression analyses indicated that, during academic activities, children were more likely to be actively engaged when involved in a peer group and when teachers were providing affirmations or were monitoring, and least likely to be actively engaged in a whole group and when teachers were providing directions. During play activities, children were more likely to be actively engaged when they were alone and least likely to be engaged in a whole group and in a child–teacher setting.     

幼儿学前教育的具体方法

当前我国幼儿学前教育还存在一些问题,其中一个主要问题就是教育方法不当,进而影响了教育的发展。基于幼儿这个特殊时期,其独立思想能力较弱,其分辨是非的能力较弱,良好的教育方法是非常重要的,其能够在一定程度上规范幼儿的行为习惯和道德修养。     

Characteristics of Nordic research on special education in preschool: a review with special focus on Swedish conditions

ABSTRACT

The article identifies and reviews current Nordic research on special education in preschool. The research question was: What characterises Nordic research on special education in preschool between the years 2006 and 2014? The analysis that was applied was configurational and the procedure included a content analysis. The results of the present review indicate that the included studies are characterised by intimacy and depth in relation to preschool practice, with predominantly qualitative data created through interviews and with a variety of theories. Teachers’ voices dominate, while special educators, and parents’ voices are heard to some degree. Children's voices are rarely heard and then only through video recordings in which the adult interprets the child.     

近代美国幼儿教育体制的美国化历程

Effective special teacher characteristics: perceptions of preschool special educators in Greece

The aim of the present study was to evaluate six characteristics of effective special pre‐school teachers, similar to those used in the relevant literature. The study participants were all special teachers (n = 226), serving in Greek state and community pre‐primary educational institutions (i.e. kindergartens and day nurseries) for children with learning disabilities. Data were collected through a two‐part questionnaire sent to the targeted special teachers (response rate 100%) and through focused group discussion with teachers. Three characteristics emerged as salient features of an effective teacher: love for the children; competent pre‐service training and ongoing professional development; and professionalism and commitment. The remaining three characteristics assessed (i.e. effective communication skills, a well‐rounded personality, and instructional ability) were also judged to be essential. Based on each characteristic’s analysis, the paper discusses the implications of pre‐service and in‐service training for special teachers.

大力加强湖北省学前教育师资队伍建设

通过对武汉市新老城区及湖北省周边地区学前教育师资状况的调查,从目前学前教育师资队伍的数量、幼儿教师工资待遇、幼师生源质量及幼师培养质量等方面探寻湖北省学前教育在师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,分析原因,并在职前生源质量的提高、职后幼儿教师培训及提高幼儿教师待遇等方面为湖北省学前教育师资队伍的建设提出针对性的策略。
