借"评建"东风促高职发展

当今中国职业教育正处于“外延”和“内生”的双向裂变的飞速发展时期，这一裂变既对职业教育带来了了巨大的挑战，也带来了千载难逢的发展机遇。通过对当前职业教育“评建、争示范”热潮的认识，结合职院实际，从对职业教育的培养理念、实践环节的教学、实习（实验）及教学模式的创新等方面谈谈自己的一些看法，希望能对职业教育的建设与发展有所启示。     

高水平职业大学转型中的困厄与应对

中国职业教育发展已经进入新的时代,集中力量建设一批引领改革、支撑发展、中国特色、世界水平的高职学校和专业群已成必然。然而,高等职业学校向中国特色职业大学急速转型带来的困厄是多方面的,既有办学层次提升带来的结构调整难题,也有办学规模扩大带来的格局重构困难,既有专业建设转变中的方向迷失,综合改革带来的“空中停车”隐忧,也有外力推动带来的“范式强加”效应。今后,需要在办学导向、发展起点、办学重心、推进机制与合作机制等方面保障高水平特色职业大学的实现。具体而言,需要构建职业教育“技能型”与“研究型”的新生态;围绕职业教育“三高”打造职业大学新特色;打破“孤岛”境况,构建职业教育“四维一体”新系统以及探索职业教育转轨、升级的新方案等。     

基层学校教师对教研人员有“七盼”

新一轮基础教育课程改革为教师带来了挑战．也带来了难得的发展机遇。教研人员在教师专业成长中具有“引领”、“聚合”、“助推”作用,在推动课堂教学改革中具有孵化作用,在促进教学质量提高的进程中具有裂变作用。因此,基层教师对教研人员有“七盼”。     

基于动力机制的德国“双元制”职业教育解析及启示

我国正进入快速工业化阶段,庞大的市场需求和政府激励带来了职业教育的繁荣．也为职业教育发展提出了挑战。本文从动力机制的角度来分析德国“双元制”职业教育的模式,并联系我国当代职业教育现状和存在问题,思考“双元制”职业教育的启示。

当德国的“双元制”职业教育模式给德国经济带来了重大影响的同时,新加坡借鉴了发达国家职业教育的经验,并结合本国国情创造了独特的“教学工厂”模式。因此,结合我国国情及我国职业教育的特点,创造性地运用“教学工厂”的模式,为职业教育注入新的生命力十分重要。     

中国——东盟自由贸易区的建立对广西职教的促进作用

由于广西所处的特殊地理位置，中国——东盟自由贸易区的建立，给广西带来了前未有的发展机遇；同时，对广西职业教育也提出了前所未有的发展要求。我们应该坚持以“发展和提升广西经济、文化”为广西职业教育的策动力，坚持以“博采众长，为我所用”为广西职业教育发展的外交策略，坚持“以人为本”的人才教育发展观，建立“科学与人文融合”的现代职业教育观。
