Imidacloprid is a newly introduced broad-spectrum chloronicotinyl insecticide and will find its way in agricultural production, particularly in Asia. However, information on the fate of imidacloprid in crop plants is lacking. The degradation of imidaclopnd in processed CTC tea and tea liquor was investigated in the present study in which imidacloprid was applied at recommended application rate (30.0 g a.i./ha) and twice the recommended application rate (60.0 g a.i./ha) for three consecutive seasons. Imidacloprid was rapidly dissipated in processed tea following first order reaction kinetics at all application rates and had half-lives of 0.9 1-1.16 d with the residue in tea liquor found to be below detectable limit on 3rd day samples. The study revealed that imidacloprid is safe for human consumption and will not pose any residual toxicity problem. 相似文献

Experiments were carried out with citrus (Citrus reticulate) and tea (Podocarpus fleuryi Hickel.) to study the effects of compound fertilizers on their yields and quality. In the citrus experiment, application of compound fertilizers increased available P K and Mg contents in soil but decreased alkali-hydrolyzable N contents in soil and N, P and K contents in leaves. In the tea experiment, application of compound fertilizers increased available P, K and Mg contents in soil and N, P, K and Mg contents in leaves but decreased alkali-hydrolyzable N in soil compared with the urea treatment. Application of compound fertilizers could improve the quality of citrus and tea, increase their yields and enhance their economical profits significantly. Compared with the control, application of compound fertilizers increased citrus yields by 6.31, 12.94 and 17.69 t/ha, and those of tea by 0.51,0.86 and 1.30 t/ha, respectively. Correspondingly, profits were increased by 21.4% to 61.1% for citrus and by 10.0% to 15.7% for tea. Optimal rates of compound fertilizers were recommended for both crops. 相似文献

探讨了大剂量地塞米松(high dos Dexamethasone,HDD)联合茶多酚(tea polyphenols,TP.)对急性百草枯(paraquat,PQ)中毒的治疗作用。结果表明:PQ染毒后,血浆及BALF中MDA含量升高,GSH-PX活力下降,肺系数升高(p<0.01);PQ中毒后肺泡壁充血,增厚,炎细胞浸润,局灶性出血。各治疗组与染毒组比较,上述指标均有不同程度改善,以E组改善最突出。HDD联合TP对急性PQ中毒的治疗起协同作用。 相似文献

Alumina nanoparticles (A1NP) were synthe- sized from aluminium nitrate using extracts of tea, coffee and triphala--a well known herbal plant as well as a non- toxic and eco--friendly green material. The synthesis was carried out taking 1:4 ratio of metal salt and these extracts under microwave irradiations at 540 W, which gave better yield of nanoparticles. Water was taken as solvent medium. The formations of A1NP were initially monitored by the colour changes occurring in the reaction mixture during the incubation period. As synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), UV-Visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The A1NP were found to be spherical in shape in case of tea and coffee extracts with a size of 50-200 nm and to be oval shaped in case of triphala extract with an average size of 200-400 nm. The formation of A1NP with the microwave-assistance using these plant extracts has proved to be very faster than any other methods. In addition, excellent reproducibility of these nanoparticles, without the use of any additional capping agent or stabilizer will have great advantages in compari- son with microbial synthesis, avoiding all the tedious and hygienic complications. 相似文献
