高校青年教师培养教育的对策研究

高校办学的生命在质量,质量高低的重要因素之一是教师。高校青年教师队伍是支撑高校未来发展的一大支柱,直接关系到21世纪高校的办学质量和生存发展。加强高校青年教师队伍建设、加强高校青年教师的培养,是高校面临的主要问题之一,也是高等教育发展亟待解决的突出问题。一、高校青年教师培养教育的目标定位要实现青年教师素质的全面提高,必须对青年教师的培养教育设立一定的目标。政治素质目标。一是要用“三个代表”重要思想武装头脑,要自觉贯彻党的基本路线和教育方针;二是要具有热爱教育事业的敬业精神和职业道德,要为人师表,以教书育人…     

高校青年教师职业认同的量表研制及对生命意义的影响

开发高校青年教师职业认同量表,并对江西省的292名高校青年教师进行职业认同和生命意义的问卷调查。结果发现,所开发的高校青年教师职业认同量表包括职业意愿与期望、职业价值、职业效能和职业意志四个维度,其各项心理测量学指标均较好;目前高校青年教师职业认同处于中等以上水平,但内部四个维度存在发展不平衡的显著差异;高校青年教师职业认同与拥有意义呈显著正相关,但与寻求意义相关不显著;在控制性别、年龄和寻求意义的基础上,职业效能和职业价值两维度仍能显著预测高校教师的拥有意义状况。基于研究结果,对高校青年教师的培训与管理提出了相关对策。
