“双减”政策下如何提升学生的“学习力”

学生的“学习力”包括学习动力、学习能力、学习毅力，对学生的终身发展具有重要作用。其中，学习动力是学生学习的“触发器”；学习能力是学生学习的“助推器”；学习毅力是学生学习的“加速器”。提升学生的“学习力”，是“双减”时代数学教学的必然诉求。在小学数学教学中，教师要想提升学生的“学习力”，就要激发学生的学习动力、提升学生的学习能力、增强学生的学习毅力。     

注重落实深度学习 拓展学生数学思维

深度学习是学生应具备的重要学习品质之一，其有助于培养学生的数学思维，提升学生的数学核心素养。文章从深度学习在数学中的落实要素入手，阐明深度学习对学生的要求，并从构建问题情境、发展学生数学思维，开展小组活动、培养学生主动意识，实施模型化教学、增强学生学习能力，创设互评环境、提高学生学习效率等方面对数学教学中落实深度学习的策略进行探究，以期增加学生的数学学习深度，拓展学生的数学思维，提升学生的数学学习效果。     

培养学习兴趣 促进自主学习

《小学语文课程标准》提出：“语文教学应激发学生的学习兴趣，注重培养学生自主学习的意识和习惯，为学生创设良好的自主学习情境，尊重学生的个体差异，鼓励学生选择适合自己的学习方式。”那么，如何在语文教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，促进学生自主学习，发挥学生的主体作用，提高学生的综合素质呢？     

浅谈语文课堂教学模式转变

学生是语文教学活动的主体，一切语文教学活动都必须围绕着学生这个中心展开。教师应该明晰自己的引导者角色定位，营造良好的自主学习氛围情境，引导启发学生自主性学习，着重培养学生自主学习的习惯意识，认识到学生的个体独特性，激励学生根据自身的实际学习情况选择相应的学习方法。承认学生的个体独特性，以学生自主性学习为导向，就要求教师必然要改变过去单一刻板的语文教学模式，让学生发现语文的内在魅力，从而点燃学生学习语文的热情，提升学生的语文基础素养。     

兴趣加责任，提高学生学习效果

在培养学生自主学习能力的过程中，教师要结合学生的年龄特点和认知规律，注意激发学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望，有目的的引导学生主动学习，充分发挥学生学习的主体性、能动性和独立性，真正实现学习方式的转变，有效地提高学生的自主学习能力和创新意识。现我就如何增强学生的学习意识、提高学生的自主学习能力，谈谈自己的一点做法和体会：     

271高效课堂之自主学习

“教是为了不教”“教学就是教着学生自己去学”，271高效课堂的核心在于“授人以渔”，在于让教师走下讲台，融入学生之中，实现教师帮助学生学习、学生自己主动学习以及学生与学生、学生与教师合作学习，从而让学生在学习中学会学习、高效学习，最终实现终身学习。我的课堂我做主，把学习的主动权、创造权还给学生，讲堂变学堂，教室变学室。     

把课堂的舞台还给学生

众所周知，新课标要求转变学生的学习方式，让学生从被动的学习中解放出来，成为学习的主人。对此，我的体会是学生不会学习，老师帮助学生学习，学生不愿意学习，老师吸引学生学习。吸引就是使学生乐意学习，使他们乐意参加到教师和学生共同进行的教学过程中来。作为教师要力求做到教与学的协调一致，让学生乐学、会学。在语文教学实践中，我通过尝试把课堂的舞台还给学生，培养学生的创新能力，使他们在老师的帮助下，乐于学习。善于学习。
