在教学活动中，教师充当导演角色、演员角色、导师角色、朋友角色、榜样角色、研究角色．只有把握好这多重角色的转换，才能在传授知识的同时，发展学生的能力．

Becoming a teacher or a teacher educator is a long‐term process of developing a professional identity, with role models being just one of the contributing factors. Toward a Multidimensional Perspective on Teacher-Coach Role Conflict

Research grounded in role theory and occupational socialization theory point to the potential consequences of occupying the roles of physical education teacher and athletic coach concurrently. Specifically, time constraints and inconsistencies in role requirements, organization, rewards, and modes of accountability in teaching and coaching create challenges and may force some teacher/coaches to choose one role as primary to the detriment of the other role. However, most of this research has diminished or altogether neglected the impact of individual identity and social context on the experience of role conflict. The purpose of this paper is to review research related to role conflict in the dual role of teacher/coaches and to propose a conceptual model for viewing teacher/coaches role conflict from a multidimensional perspective. Finally, a case is made for a revitalization of teacher/coaches role conflict research in physical education.

Didactic dissonance: teacher roles in computer gaming situations in kindergartens

In computer gaming situations in kindergartens, the pre-school teacher’s function can be viewed in a continuum. At one extreme is the teacher who takes an intervening role and at the other extreme is the teacher who chooses to restrict herself/himself to an organising or distal role. This study shows that both the intervening position and the organising or distal role are challenging. An alternative role is an intermediate position in which the teacher is a contributor and encouraging bystander. The term didactic dissonance is suggested to capture the challenges and tensions in didactic situations where teacher and child participate with conflicting roles and expectations. Didactic dissonance may help educators reflect on teacher roles in didactic contexts.     

生命化教育理念下教师角色的重构

我国教育领域中长期存在着忽视学生主动性的现象,主要原因在于普遍地将“教师主导作用”理解成“教师为主导”,过于强调教师的权威性。其实,就汉语的一般解释和教师的基本功能而言,“教师主导作用”应该是“教师的主要以引导学生向某方向发展的作用”,它重在教师对学生的引导,强调的是教师对学生的激发、指点、引领、感召而非规范、监督、支配、控制。
