毕业生就业期望值的高低关系到高校毕业生能否顺利就业.笔者通过对问卷调查数据的分析,发现当前高校毕业生就业期望值偏高,由此提出了调整毕业生就业期望值,促进大学生就业的应对措施.

为客观把握高校毕业生就业意向状况,采用《毕业生就业意向调查问卷》对某高校毕业生就业意向进行考察,结果发现,部分毕业生存在就业期望值过高、就业心理压力过大、就业技巧缺乏、就业信心不足等问题,高校应有针对性的对毕业生进行就业指导以促进其顺利就业、成功就业。
