自然道德与社会道德——论卢梭的道德观

以卢梭的著作为基础来考察卢梭的道德观可知：首先,卢梭区分了人的两种道德,一种是出自天然怜悯心的自然状态下的自然道德,一种是社会状态下的社会道德,并认为后者低于前者;其次,卢梭也触及了社会状态下出现的群体、群体的两种道德、群体之间的规则和群体道德问题。自然状态下的群体规则是自然法,社会状态下则依靠基于理性的法律和制度,即人为法。在各自的两种状态下,群体道德均低于个体道德,但群体社会道德高于群体自然道德。文章还尝试对作为群体的国家之间的规则,以及国家内一个个群体所处的状态和规则进行考察与反思,同时对卢梭提出一点批评．并对群体道德低下的原因作了一点思者．     

Imagining the flowers,but working the rich and heavy clay: participation and empowerment in action research for health

Participation of the ‘target group’ is a key concept in working on empowerment in health education. However, it raises many questions and is not without struggle. I will discuss the findings from a study into the state of the art of empowerment in health education, which includes a literature review and the analysis of eight Dutch health‐promotion projects. An important finding is that participation is not an unequivocal concept. Professionals working in health education strongly disagree on the value, goals and meaning of participation. Moreover, in working on empowerment, a tension exists—between the ideal of participatory, ‘bottom‐up’ approaches on the one hand; and the ‘top‐down’ structure of health education programmes, on the other. I will argue for a ‘realistic approach’ in which the practice of health promotion is taken as the starting point to work on empowerment. After all, imagining the flowers is easy, but working the rich and heavy clay is the challenge.     

区域市场一体化及其对经济增长作用的探讨——珠三角9市的经验证据

从政治晋升的角度,建立数学模型对地区市场一体化现象进行经济机理分析,指出如果市场一体化对经济增长有正向作用,则带来官员晋升可能性的提高,驱使地方政府选择市场一体化;反之,则选择市场非一体化。采用相对价格法计算珠三角地区9城市2002--2010年市场一体化指数,在构建市场一体化指数数据库的基础上,研究了珠三角地区市场一体化的经济增长效应。实证分析发现：珠三角地区9市市场一体化没有出现模型分析中的非市场一体化产生地区经济增长,这只能说明珠三角地区9市经济发展水平处于较高阶段。这一结论为理解珠三角地区政府在区域经济合作方面的行为提供了参考。     

两步投影法校正图像采集中的梯形畸变

图像采集中的梯形畸变是工程中最常见的畸变之一，但少有文献对此进行论述，为此文章提出一种简便的校正方法，在已知摄像机的镜头焦距和CCD大小的情况下，仅需要知道摄像机中轴线与地面（或被拍摄平面）的倾角一个参数，不需要控制点，就可以恢复原始图像.基本方法是利用小孔成像原理，先将CCD上的点投影到地面上，同时假设平行于地面一定高度有一虚拟CCD平面，再将地面上相应的点投影到虚拟CCD上，当所有点都遍历后，虚拟CCD平面上获得的图像就是梯形校正后的图像.实验证明，这种方法简洁有效，适应性强，效果理想，在工程上具有较高的应用价值.     

Adult learning and action learning — A real workplace learning approach

Abstract

The Rural Extension Centre (REC) has developed an approach to accredited training that is based on adult learning principles and is driven by an action learning approach. One of the central features of this approach is the use of real workplace based learning projects to allow participants to immediately apply the theory of the subject being studied in a practical and useful way.

The emphasis is on learning in these projects, however, they are directly based in the workplace with immediate benefits for the individual, their organisation and their clients.

Action learning is applied in the courses offered by the REC at three levels. The levels are micro-, macro- and mega- that is; on a daily basis in the residential sessions, on a weekly basis as developing learning projects and on a subject basis over the three to four months that the subject takes. The learning project is a key vehicle for learning between the residential sessions.

During residential sessions time is taken to ensure that the theory is delivered in a practical and useful way, to the extent that in some subjects there is real case study activity which allows the application of theory as the week goes on.     

European Citizens under Construction: The Bologna process analysed from a governmentality perspective

This article focuses on problematizing the harmonisation of higher education in Europe today. The overall aim is to analyse the construction of the European citizen and the rationality of governing related to such a construction. The specific focus will be on the rules and standards of reason in higher education reforms which inscribe continuums of values that exclude as they include. Who is and who is not constructed as a European citizen? Documents on the Bologna process produced in Europe and in Sweden are analysed drawing on the Foucauldian notion of governmentality, showing a neoliberal rationality of governing. The European citizen needs to become flexible, autonomous and self-regulating as a way of facing the threats of the constantly changing future. The technique of diversity is a condition of possibility for constructing such a citizen and for harmonising higher education in Europe. Further, the current power relations in the discourse define what is and what is not European, thus constructing 'the other', the one who is excluded.     

中小学教师职业声望调查研究

采用问卷调查等方法,对中小学教师职业声望总体以及教师职业道德声望、能力声望和贡献声望等进行了调查研究。结果显示:(1)各类群体对我国中小学教师职业声望的总体评价比较高,居中等偏上水平;(2)中小学教师职业道德声望和能力声望水平"一般",但声望水平有所上升;(3)与医生、律师、公务员相比,教师的经济地位和社会地位还处于较低水平,初中和小学教师在20种职业排名中,排位靠后;(4)社会公众对中小学教师有较高的职业期望,教师职业是许多家长在对孩子进行职业选择时,优先考虑的三大职业之一。     

二语词汇习得的语义化认知探析

不论是一语学习者还是二语学习者大脑中都存在着心理词库。语言的输出的过程便是语言学习者将词汇从心理词库提取的过程。而提取二语词汇的前提是要建立并不断地丰富心理词库中语义网络,即词汇的语义化过程。该文拟从心理认知的角度探讨在二语词汇习得过程中词汇的语义化对语言输出的影响和意义,并尝试探索我国英语学习者在实际词汇学习中的遇到的困难的解决办法。
