四川省高职院校图书馆文献资源建设调查报告

采用问卷调查、网络调查和实地调查三种方式,调查了四川省高职院校图书馆文献资源藏量以及学生数与馆舍情况;对文献发展政策缺位、数字化资源建设盲目、缺乏资源共享机制等问题进行了分析;提出了依托CALIS四川分中心成立四川省高职图书馆联合体、搭建以本省示范高职院校图书馆为基点的四川高职文献资源统一检索平台等措施,来协调统筹文献资源建设。

作者用网上调查的方法对河南省高校图书馆数字资源建设的现状进行了调查和分析，指出了存在的问题和解决问题的对策。     

Serials in Canadian Libraries in 1983

Data on serials resources in Canadian libraries are presented for the period of the three years 1981-1983. The growth of serials collections in 42 university libraries is examined, indicating uneven increases in various regions. Only Ontario university libraries recorded substantial and continued growth. These data are compared with the serial resources of the National Library and the Canada Institute for Scientific and Technical Information, which both provide nation-wide lending services. The state of serials collections in selected college and public libraries is also presented.     

陕西省高校图书馆对OA资源揭示的调查与分析

对陕西省35所高校图书馆揭示OA资源的情况进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。针对调查结果中所发现的OA资源揭示率低、名称设置不规范、资源整合能力较差等问题,从科学规划OA资源库的建设尤其是建立本校特色资源库、以统一标准规范揭示OA资源、注重OA资源的整合等三个方面提出建议和措施,以期促进陕西省高校图书馆充分合理地利用OA资源。

通过网络调查了全国34个省级图书馆的特色数字资源建设情况,分析了省级公共图书馆特色数字资源建设的现状,并针对特色数字资源建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的可行性对策.

本文对我国211工程高校图书馆的特色资源建设现状进行网络调查,发现存在发展不平衡、各自为政、特色不显著、重建设轻服务、缺乏持续性等问题,在此基础上提出针对性的建议。     

图工委的第二个十年

<正>2021年12月24日,高校图工委纪念了她的40周年。40年中,以“图工委”简称的机构或组织一共有四个,分别是：全国高等学校图书馆工作委员会（1981—1987）;全国高等学校图书情报工作委员会（1987—1991）;国家教育委员会图书馆工作委员会/全国高等学校图书情报工作委员会（1991—1998）;教育部高等学校图书情报工作指导委员会（1999—）。     

加拿大高校图书馆数据素养教育模式

[目的/意义] 调研加拿大高校图书馆数据素养教育现状,总结其特点和经验,为我国探索数据素养教育提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程] 从数据素养的概念和内涵出发,选取加拿大12所高校图书馆作为研究对象,从教学对象、教学目标、教学形式、教学内容和教学评估5个方面分析加拿大高校图书馆数据素养教育的实践情况,并总结其数据管理培训和数据素养教育的特点和经验。[结果/结论] 可借鉴的加拿大高校图书馆数据素养最佳实践包括:合理安排授课时间和教学内容、选用恰当的教学形式、将数据素养集成到其他课程、教学内容与实践工作相结合以促进创新、可持续开展教学等。     

高校图书馆网络资源利用教育的调研

通过对8所不同层次高校图书馆的网上调查,对目前我国网络资源利用教育的课程组织形式、课程内容（教材）、教育对象等方面作一些比较研究,并提出若干建议。     

高校图书馆数字资源利用存在的问题及对策——基于哈尔滨市高校图书馆数字资源利用情况调查的实证研究

通过调查问卷收集信息,利用图表法和对比法来分析调查结果,提出如何提高本科生对数字资源使用率的对策。参考文献5。     

Open Educational Resources (OER) and Textbooks: Opportunities for Academic Libraries

Librarians have a role in working with faculty to provide low-cost alternatives to textbooks. Open educational resources (OER) are an alternative to textbooks in college courses, but there can be barriers to using OER. Are students successful in OER courses? Do faculty see librarians as collaborators in designing courses using OER? What are some alternatives to OER that libraries and library consortia can take advantage of to make college more affordable for students? The following articles address these issues, and the work of the following authors can benefit all types of academic librarians as they contemplate their role in the OER world.     

Strategie Plan for Improving Access to Global Information Resources in U.S. and Canadian Research Libraries

Abstract

Technology-related organizations have several important leadership roles to play in creating an environment to nurture a successful transition of libraries into the new roles they will play. Among these roles are helping to create standards and protocols, advocacy, mentoring, creating heroes, and underwriting leadership training for new members of the profession. The willingness to take a leadership role presents several potential traps, which must be avoided diligently, through humility and vision.     

Scholarly Use of Web-based Information Resources and Services in University Libraries in Kerala (India)

Abstract

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the use of web-based information services in university libraries in Kerala, India.

Design/methodology/approach: A survey method was used for the collection of data. The questionnaire method was used to collect data for the study. The study was conducted among the research scholars of four selected universities in Kerala, India.

Findings: This study has analyzed the services and resources in the libraries which are provided through the medium of the internet and also the usage patterns of web information services by the scholars of the selected universities. The analysis reveals that most of the university libraries have implemented web-based information services. However, the extent of usage is not to the expected level and this is due to the lack of sufficient awareness about the usage methods of web resources and services. With the help of proper user education and training programs, the present situation can be ameliorated. The findings of this study can be helpful to the authorities to improve the services in the libraries.

Originality/value: Proper use of library resources is essential for scholars to bring forth productive research outputs. This study provides recommendations for enhancing web-based services in university libraries in Kerala to provide better services to the users.

广西高校图书馆与公共图书馆进行资源整合,是适应广西经济发展的需要。整合内容包括建立全区的馆藏联合目录检索系统、合作基础馆藏、挖掘现有纸质特色馆藏并转化为数字资源、建立特色电子资源库、集团采购电子期刊及学位论文数据库、建立联合存贮馆藏库以及开展技术资源的合作共享。并提出建立协调机构、完善资金保障体系及制度体系,以确保整合的顺利进行。     

图书馆机器人应用研究综述

总结近年来机器人技术在图书馆的应用现状,指出构建图书馆机器人系统亟需掌握的三项主要关键技术,深入分析每一项技术的研究特点,并展望该领域今后的发展趋势。
