广告史观的古今之变,指的是全球广告业从古代自发的广告传播形态向现代代理制广告观念的转变。广告史的这次"古今之变"经历了三个关键的历史步骤:第一,从古代自发的广告形态转为初期的代理服务;第二,在重商主义的背景下,西方广告业从公益代办转为商业代理;第三,从广告掮客发展到全案代理阶段,并随着新型广告公司的跨国扩张在全世界范围内传播。至此,在全球范围内,广告业完成了从古代广告基本形态向现代广告理念的历史巨变。  相似文献

河源大学城图书馆成为区域共建共享中心图书馆,是河源市多方共建的中心图书馆。它是公共馆、科技馆与高校馆三馆合一建设的区域中心图书馆。在图书馆联盟的领导和组织下,开展区域资源共建共享,并肩负着公共馆、科技馆、高校馆的职能开展向社会的全面开放服务。它由校、地共同投资建设。行政管理和业务建设由高校馆负责,社会服务和开展区域资源共建共享由文化部门和图书馆联盟指导、协调,科技服务也得到科技部门的支持和指导。使得原本单一服务性质的一所高校图书馆,变成了一个复合性质的区域共建共享中心图书馆。  相似文献

Robots are becoming increasingly popular in social applications and have demonstrated effectiveness in a variety of contexts such as education, health, task management, and other complex cooperative roles. The purpose of this study was to examine human–robot interaction in a nonassistive environment: a negotiation scenario. Specifically, the authors examined what effect message appeals (guilt trip, no guilt trip) and robot agency (principal, agent) had on the negotiation outcomes and perceptions of credibility. Results indicated a significant main effect of agency and an interaction effect between agency and guilt messaging on perceptions of robot credibility such that participants rated a robot agent employing no guilt trips as more credible than one negotiating as principal or one utilizing guilt trips. Neither guilt nor agency had a significant effect on the overall concession of the negotiation task.  相似文献

This paper empirically investigates the association of quality information provided by a government agency on social media and citizen’s online political participation. It further answers the why and how questions regarding the existence of this relationship by examining the mediating influence of transparency, trust, and responsiveness. The data was collected from 388 followers of the social media platforms of a government agency i.e. Punjab Food Authority and the findings of the analysis were obtained using structural equation modeling technique. The results reveal that the agency’s provision of quality information on social media was significantly related to perceived transparency, trust in agency, perceived responsiveness, and citizens’ online political participation. Moreover, the results show that perceived transparency mediates the relationship between agency’s provision of quality information on social media and citizens’ trust in agency. Additionally, trust in agency was an insignificant predictor and perceived responsiveness was a negative predictor of citizens online political participation, Also, trust in agency and perceived responsiveness suppressed the relationship between agency’s provision of quality information on social media and citizens’ online political participation. This study aims to bring awareness and contribution to the body of knowledge about the governmental use of social media and its resulting benefits since in developing countries like Pakistan the research in this area is sparse. Further, it provides strategic and practical suggestions to agencies regarding advantages of utilizing social media in their communication with citizens.  相似文献

In this essay, we explain the function and forms of prophetic Western end-time narratives that take a violent turn. We begin by describing how relatively benign end-time stories function for their adherents by analyzing the book of Daniel. Then, we analyze the end-time prophecy of David Koresh at the height of federal law enforcement pressure on his disciples in order to explain how relatively benign eschatology can take a pathogenic turn. In this pathogenic turn, the false prophet redirects the agency of teleological fulfillment away from God to himself and adherents. Implications for dealing with groups motivated by pathogenic Western end-time narratives are discussed in light of these arguments.  相似文献

In 2009, the Obama administration issued the Open Government Initiative that directed Executive agencies to improve transparency, openness in government, and public participation with government. The Obama administration views transparency and openness in government as a cost-effective and efficient process capable of improving public participation with government and public access to government information. To address the initiative in part, many agencies adopt social media as the means to disseminate information out to the public and to increase public participation with agency website content and activities. This exploratory study examines Executive agency use of social media and public participation with the media. Findings indicate that most agencies reviewed do use social media. The public does interact with the media and some agencies experience high overall participation levels; however, there are some issues with agency use of social media and public participation with the media.  相似文献

For nearly two decades, the federal government has embraced Information Resources Management (IRM) as a philosophy, policy initiative, and management practice. During this time, IRM has undergone major management transformations within agencies and throughout the IRM policy environment. To date, however, there had been no government-wide assessment of IRM's impact on agency mission attainment, particularly through a strategic planning process. This article presents findings from a government-wide study to, in part, measure the extent to which IRM assists agencies achieve their missions and objectives, identify a general agency strategic planning model, and determine whether agency strategic planning efforts facilitate the alignment of agency business processes and information technology (IT).  相似文献

This study addresses three types of sex differences in relational communication. Male and female respondents completed an assessment of gender‐role measuring agency and communion and read four scenarios with messages attributed to male and female sources. Respondents rated the relational dimensions of affiliation and dominance. Female sources are judged higher in affiliation. Sex and agency interact with situation for perceptions of affiliation. Situation and communion affect judgments of dominance. Individuals higher in communion perceive less dominance. The results provide insight into dominance and affiliation as competing frames for interpreting situations.  相似文献

学术出版活动是促进科学知识传播、共享科研成果及推动科学研究的主要形式,而发表科技论文是学术出版活动的主要内容。近年来,随着科学技术的发展,全球学术出版活动蓬勃发展,与学术出版活动密切相关的第三方服务也逐渐兴起。学术出版第三方服务为科研人员开展科学研究提供了便利,被国内外学术界广泛接受,但由于其服务范围模糊、界限不分明,往往存在个别学术不端现象。本文基于最新发布的《学术出版第三方服务的边界蓝皮书(2020)》,阐述了其中规定的正当服务及不正当服务,并从管理部门、第三方服务机构、期刊编辑部及科研人员角度提出了学术不端行为防范对策。学术出版活动各个环节要积极参与治理学术不端问题,推动科研诚信及创新性国家建设。  相似文献
