The most dominant error source for microwave ranging is the frequency instability of the oscillator that generates the carrier phase signal. The oscillator noise is very difficult to filter due to its extremely low frequency. A dual transponder carrier ranging method can effectively minimize the oscillator noise by combing the reference phase and the to-and-fro measurement phase from the same single oscillator. This method does not require an accurate time tagging system, since it extracts phases on the same satellite. This paper analyzes the dual transponder carrier ranging system by simulation of the phase measurements with comprehensive error models. Both frequency domain and time domain noise transfer characteristics were simulated to compare them with dual one-way ranging. The simulation results in the two domains conformed to each other and demonstrated that a high level of accuracy can also be achieved by use of the dual transponder carder ranging system, with relatively simple instruments.  相似文献

The states of radiation of a single frequency and polarization propagating in free space are very conveniently represented by those of a quantum mechanical simple harmonic oscillator. This fact is exploited, together with the Ehrenfest theorem, to map the time evolution of the radiation to the dynamics of the oscillator. 提出把LC振荡器等效成负阻振荡器的新观点,并以电容三点式振荡器为例,利用物理概念导出了该振荡器的振荡条件和振荡频率的准确公式,并将结果与相关讨论进行比较。由此推断:所有LC振荡器均可等效为负阻振荡器,从而可方便得到振荡条件和振荡频率。该方法的特点是物理概念清晰,数学过程简便。  相似文献

This paper proposes a one-branch zero-IF receiver topology, which samples the I and Q signals of the modulated RF carrier with one signal path by means of a multiphase local oscillator. The suggested one-branch re- ceiver works without matching problem, and it is also capable of cancelling out the flicker noise and DC-offset when the local oscillator is configured to the four-phase mode. The one-branch receiver saves much area and power com- pared with the traditional two-branch ones. All of the advantages above make the one-branch receiver topology a promising architectural candidate for low-power and low-cost RF CMOS receiver designs. 以HI76303电导电极为例,从电学基本理论出发,研究了电导仪产生边界效应的原因,分析得出电极外部回路是产生边界效应的根本原因。电导仪测定的电导率结果为探头外部和探头内部溶液并联形成的电导率值;通过计算发现,电极敏感区域为直径约8 cm的椭球体。切断电极外部回路是消除边界效应的根本方法。以HI76303电导电极为基础,设计了一种改进型电极,计算表明,改进型电极工作时电势在激励电极之间均匀下降,电极外部溶液电势处处相等且为零,电极内部电流密度处处一致,电极外部电流密度为零。实验数据显示其有效地消除了边界效应。  相似文献

Oscillations of the spin-polarized conductance controlled by a uniform magnetic field in a modified Aharonov-Bohm ring is studied with use of one-dimensional quantum wave guide.Its expression at zero temperature is obtained as a function of the flux penetrating the ring and the magnetic field.It has been found that there are two kinds of polarized conductance extremas for a given Fermienergy.As Zeemann energy of spin-polarized electron in the stub is varied.one kind of extrema exhibits continuous phase shift .However,another is locked at particular values of phase shift and it can only change abrouptly from a maxima to a minima when Zeemann crosses the level of the bound state of isolated stub.This is a different mehanism for abrupt change phase of conductance osillations.  相似文献

The equivalent circuit of single-cavity multiple-device fundamentaloscillator(SCMDFO)and that of single-device harmonic oscillator(SDHO)proposed byK.Kurokawa and K.Solbach,respectively,are extended and applied to a single-cavitymultiple-device harmonic oscillator(SCMDHO).By means of describing the functions ofnonlinearity of Gunn diodes,the performances of the SCMDHO are analyzed.It is foundthat the voltage amplitudes are similar to those of SDHO,and the ratio of maximum pow-er of harmonic to that of fundamental is identical to that in SDHO when the devices havesame parameters.The harmonic injection locking behavior is also investigated.The injec-tion locking range is greater than that of SDHO if locking gain remains constant.A2-Gunn diode harmonic oscillator was designed.It delivers 30mW output power at103GHz.The mechanical tuning range is 4.15GHz when the output power remains morethan 10mW.The desired operation mode is stable.  相似文献

为了研究珙桐叶片光合特征及其与环境因子的相互关系,对珙桐的引种驯化及资源保护提供重要的理论依据,采用美国产Li-6400型便携式光合测定系统,测定了珙桐叶片的光合作用日变化以及光响应曲线。结果表明:珙桐叶片的表观光量子速率0.09μmol/mol,暗呼吸速率1.31μmol.m-2.s-1,光补偿点22.01μmol.m-2.s-1,光饱和点465.18μmol.m-2.s-1;珙桐叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度的日变化曲线均呈双峰曲线,存在明显的"午休"现象;珙桐叶片净光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关;气孔导度和蒸腾速率是影响珙桐光合速率的生理因子。  相似文献
