浅析毛泽东独立自主的外交思想

独立自主的外交思想，是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分，是中华人民共和国外交工作最基本的指导原则。毛泽东独立自主的外交思想经历了一个曲折的、不断完善的发展过程。笔者将其概括为三个发展阶段。一、新中国成立至50年代末，稳健的生存外交时期；二、50年代末至60年代末，盲目的、半封闭外交时期；三、从60年代末开始，务实的开放外交时期。     

浅析建国初期毛泽东的外交战略

新中国建立后毛泽东根据国际局势的变化调整外交战略,一是建国初期(1949-1950年末)的"一边倒"战略;二是20世纪60年代的"两条线"战略;三是20世纪70年代的"一条线"战略.毛泽东坚持独立自主和平外交政策,反对霸权主义和强权政治、维护国家利益和世界和平,在和平共处五项原则基础上发展和各国人民的友好关系,为后来中国外交战略的制定奠定了基础.     

中国外交50年的历史回顾与21世纪外交战略的选择

新中国成立５０年来,伴随着对时代主题的认识和对外交策略的制定,形成了以毛泽东,邓小平,江泽民为核心的三代领导集体独特的外交思想和外交风格,也形成了具有鲜明中国特色的三个外交时期。５０年外交的得失,为我们２１世纪外交战略的选择指出了了科学的方向：高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,坚持用邓小平的外交思想指导新世纪外交,积极推动伙伴关系外交,实施全方位外交战略。     

论邓小平确定外交战略的依据

本文分析了邓小平确定正确的外交战略的三个依据：毛泽东周恩来所确立的关于划分三个世界的理论、关于和平共处五项原则、关于国际共运没有中心、不存在“老子党”、“领导党”的思想、关于反对霸权主义、维护国家独立的思想，是邓小平确定外交战略的思想渊源；邓小平对国际形势的准确判断是确定外交战略的客观基础；提出国权比人权、国格比人格更重要，坚决维护国家主权和民族利益，是邓小平确定外交政策的最高价值目标和价值准则。

毛泽东地缘外交思想是毛泽东思想的一个重要组成部分,是中国从旧外交向新外交转型时期的指导思想,并以其科学内涵开创了中国外交工作的新局面。毛泽东针对建国后复杂多变的地缘局势,运用矛盾分析方法,从地缘的角度对中国外交作出战略性思考,制定了"一边倒"地缘外交战略、"中间地带"地缘外交战略和"一条线"地缘外交战略,在特定条件下实现了国家利益的最大化。

外交历来是国际关系中解决国际冲突与加强国际合作等方面的重要内容，然而，一国外交从来没有固定不变的模式，美国外交就是一个曲型，它先后经历了美元、大棒外交、冷战外交。当前，美国正大力施展信息外交，推行与传统霸权意义不同的信息霸权，其主要内容包括三个方面：一是把信息网络作为美国外次活动的“新手段”；二是把住处交作为美国外交的“新内容”；三是以信息为杀手锏，推行“软霸权”。这是美国国家战略发生实质性转变的重要征兆，促使美国外交转变的根本因素是当今方兴未艾的信息革命，在及因此而形成的经济全球化，重视研究美国新霸权的特点，对制定中国的国家战略，不无借鉴之处。
