载铁改性沸石吸附剂去除含氟水中氟离子的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究了用三氯化铁改性的沸石在水中的除氟性能.对使用条件及除氟机理进行了研究.并对洗脱、再生后的吸附荆进行吸附柱实验.结果表明,该吸附剂对含氟水中的氟具有吸附容量高、速度快、选择性高、易洗脱再生的特性.多次洗脱再生后的吸附剂可重复使用,吸附剂性能稳定,吸附剂机械强度高.该吸附剂的静态饱和吸附容量可达26.57mg(F^-)/g(吸附剂).  相似文献

采用自制的活性氧化镁[XMgO.YMg(OH)2]对含氟饮用水进行除氟处理,试验表明:活化温度设定为440℃,煅烧中间产物碱式碳酸镁[Mg5(CO3)4(OH).24H2O]1.5h所得活性氧化镁0.3g投入100ml 5mg/L的含氟水,处理40min可使F-降至0.06mg/L;当活化温度设定430℃,保温1.5h时,0.4g的活性氧化镁处理pH=5~8的含氟水,净化后水含氟量为0.16~0.44 mgF-/L,除氟容量为1.21~1.14 mgF-/g,pH保持在8~9,有益于人体健康;当含氟水pH=9时,除氟容量降至0.51 mgF-/g;而当含氟水pH=3~4时,不适宜用活性氧化镁除氟.当原水浓度为12.5mgF-/L时,除氟容量为2.33mgF-/g,这个值高于文献中以层析硅胶为载体,活性氧化镁为吸附质,动态除氟容量1.72mgF-/g.  相似文献

以改性硅藻土为吸附剂处理工业含氟废水。研究了改性硅藻土用量、pH值、吸附时间等因素对含氟废水中氟的去除效率的影响。结果表明:改性硅藻土加入量为100~150 mg/L,处理时间为60 min,pH值6~9,室温条件下,用氢氧化钠改性并高温活化后的硅藻土对废水中氟离子的去除效果明显优于原土,对含氟废水样的除氟率可达到97%以上,处理后的废水中氟离子浓度达到国家污水排放标准。  相似文献

研究了用Cl_TBP萃淋树脂在HCl介质中吸附分离镓的性能 .实验结果表明 ,在 6mol·L- 1 HCl溶液中 ,树脂对镓有良好的吸附性能 ,吸附容量可达 6 1mgGa g_resin ;被吸附的镓可用 0 5mol·L- 1 NH4Cl溶液定量洗脱 .证实该种树脂在微量镓回收固液分离中具有应用前景 .  相似文献

氟是人体重要的微量元素,对维持骨骼和牙齿健康有重要作用.适量的氟摄入对人体健康有利,但过多的摄入氟会导致氟中毒.长期饮用浓度高于1 mg/L的水将会引起氟斑牙病、氟骨病等.我国是一个典型的地方性氟中毒地区之一.所以研究高效、经济的饮用水中微量氟离子的去除方法具有具有重要的科学价值和社会意义.本文综合各类氟离子去除方法,提出应用钙盐沉淀结合活性炭法来去除饮用水中的微量氟离子,并通过实验研究了其可行性,从而得出一种有效,经济的氟离子去除方法.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了粒径为10nm的Fe3O4磁性微粒,分散于水中生成饱和磁化强度35mT的水基磁流体,用此磁流体对模拟与实际废水中Cr(Ⅵ)进行了吸附研究。结果表明,吸附的最佳实验条件为pH=3,温度为45℃,吸附时间为0.5h。用Langmuir等温模型和假二级动力学模型探讨了磁流体对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附机理,该过程为单离子层吸附。在最佳实验条件下,磁流体对实际制革废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的饱和吸附量达66.5mg/g,废水中残N/Cr(Ⅵ)浓度为0.2mg/L,低于工业废水排放的国家标准(0.5mg/L)。  相似文献

研究了 4-氨基吡啶树脂在HAc—NaAc体系中对铜的吸附及解吸的行为 ,结果表明在 pH=2 .63时 ,树脂对铜的吸附最好 ,表观吸附速率常数k =7.48× 1 0 -5S-1,其静态饱和吸附容量为1 1 8mg/ g树脂 ,用 0 .1mol/L、0 .5mol/L、1mol/L、2mol/L、3mol/L、4mol/L的HCl作解吸剂 ,均能达到理想的效果  相似文献

提出用改型牡蛎壳去除Fe3+离子废水的新方法.在常压静态吸附实验中Fe3璃子浓度为1mg/L温度为30℃,pH值为3,实验结果表明:处理时间为1h时去除效率最高.在动态吸附实验条件下得出Fe3+单位质量滤料的工作吸附量为0.1736mg.利用改性牡蛎壳材料处理含Fe3+离子废水,具有去除效果较好,操作简单等优点,以废治废,具有双重利用价值.  相似文献

离子色谱法同时测定矿物质水中无机阴离子研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用离子色谱法分析了不同矿物质水中五种主要无机阴离子(氟离子、氯离子、硫酸根、硝酸根、磷酸根)的含量,探讨了无机阴离子的离子色谱法检测条件。结果表明,使用AS11-HE阴离子分离柱对五种无机阴离子进行分离,利用免试剂离子色谱仪系统,淋洗液全自动发生,选用OH-为淋洗液,最佳流速、柱温和池温分别为1.2mL/min、30℃和35℃,采用梯度洗脱,可在13min内同时分离检测上述五种无机阴离子,5种无机阴离子的分离度可迭5.59-25.88。方法具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.9969-0.9994,检出限为0.06-0.45mg/L。该法具有简便、快速、灵敏、样品无需前处理等优点,可用于市售矿物质水中五种无机阴离子的同时分析。  相似文献

天然水中溶解了许多无机盐类,这些盐类在水中以离子状态存在,主要有阳离子:Ca~(2 )、Mg~(2 )、Na~ 、K~ 及少量铁和锰;阴离子:HCO_3~-、Cl~-、SO_4~(2-)和HO_3~-等.纯水生产就是要将这些杂质离子去除,这个过程称除盐,要求产品含盐量小于每升1毫克,这就要进行深度除盐,其方法主要有:1、离子变换法离子交换法是天然水(溶液)和离子交换剂间交换离子的过程,这是一种特殊的吸附过程,被吸附的离子从天然水(溶液)进入离子交换剂,被交换的离子从离子交换剂分离,进入天然水(溶液).离子交换剂是具有离子交换能力的固体材料,现在常用有机离子交换树脂作交换剂.有机离 子交换树脂,是有高分子通过交联而成的立体网络骨架和接连在骨架上的活性基团构成在活性基团中就有可交换的阴、阳离子,据此可把交换树脂分为阴离子交换树脂(如OH~-型交换树脂)和阳离子交换树脂(如H~ 型交换树指).  相似文献
