利用B超对宫内节育器定位观察的意义

宫内节育器(IUD)是目前我国应用最广泛的避孕工具之一.但由于其在宫腔内位置的异常等原因引起带器妊娠、疼痛、出血等并发症的也比较多见.B型超声能准确可靠的判定IUD在宫腔内正常和异常的位置,是目前最为理想的监测手段.     

宫内节育器(IUD)与盆腔炎症(PID)

目的 宫内节育器(IUD)是我国妇女主要避孕措施之一。通过对IUD与PID关系的分析,尤其是对易导致PID的尾丝类IUD的讨论,有利于医务工作者对IUD作更加适宜与患者的选择,从而减少PID的发生。方法 对82年以来门诊上IUD的妇女及PID就诊患者同时带有IUD的妇女情况,结合国内外的相关资料进行综合分析得出结果。结论 IUD易导致PID,且带尾丝的IUD更易上行感染导致PID。     

绝经后节育器嵌顿58例宫腔镜下取器临床分析

目的观察绝经后妇女节育器嵌顿者宫腔镜下取器的临床效果。方法术前口服尼尔雌醇,阴道放置米索前列醇作宫颈准备,术中予宫腔镜下取器。结果所有患者均取器成功。结论在术前充分的宫颈准备下,应用宫腔镜为绝经后妇女节育器嵌顿者取器是一种安全有效的方法。
