中专女生铅球过渡期教学的探讨

通过对本校女生的铅球教学实验，探讨了女生铅球过渡期教学中应注意的一些问题，并提出了采用适合女生铅球教学的方法，以培养女生对铅球项目的练习兴趣和积极性，收到良好的教学效果。

一、引言 铅球项目是原《国家体育锻炼标准》中的规定项目,也是大、中学包括中专、技校体育课田径教学的必修内容,但在实际教学实践中,我们感到在短时间内教会学生侧向（或背向）滑步掷铅球技术很困难,许多学生在学习了滑步掷铅球技术后,其滑步掷铅球成绩还不如原地掷铅球的成绩,那么如何提高铅球成绩？在教学实践中,我们曾多次运用垫步、交叉步及跳步掷铅球的方法,取得了较好效果。由于这几种技术易懂易学,学生可在短时间内掌握动作要领,因此,增强学生学习铅球的信心和积极性有着非常重要的意义,可达到提高学习成绩、提高教学质量的目的。     

浅谈简人滑步技术对提高铅球成绩的作用
