关于加强高校图书馆人才管理的探讨

在人类社会即将跨入21世纪.科学技术日益进步.教育体制、科技体制改革日新月异的今天.对肩负着情报职能和教育职能的高校图书馆提出了更高的要求.高校图书馆如何加强科学管理与社会同步前进呢?邓小平早在1985年全国科技大会上就指出了:“改革经济体制最重要的,我最关心的是人才,改革科技体制,我最关心的,还是人才.”因此,在图书馆管理诸要素中,最根本最关键的是加强对人才的管理,因为图书馆一切工作都要靠人去推动.只有把人的积极性、主动性、创造性充分调动起来,才是最有效的管理.下面就情感管理、继续教育、运用激励机制三方面,谈谈关于如何加强对图书馆人才管理的问题.     

利用薪酬调动人才的积极性
