为加快我国培养出高素质的技能型专业人才适应飞速发展的技术经济需要,满足社会对技能型人才的需求,本文以研究高等职业教育教师专业化成长的模式问题为出发点,从五个方面,对高等职业教育教师专业化成长模式进行研究,并提出促进高等职业教师专业化成长模式形成的有效途径。
