对乌头属 Aconitum L. 27个类群的nrDNA ITS序列进行了简约法与邻接法分析,两种方法得到的系统发育树基本一致。乌头亚属subgen. Aconitum 的蔓乌头系 ser. Volubilia 不是一个单系类群,显柱乌头系 ser. Stylosa 与兴安乌头系ser. Ambigua 各自作为单系类群也没有得到支持。特产于云南西北部横断山区的一些种之间存在非常近的系统发育关系,说明这些种可能是近期物种形成的产物。紫乌头 A. delavayi 复合体的不同类群在系统发育树上位  相似文献

国产十种乌头的染色体研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文描述了我国产毛茛科乌头属的10个种的染色体数目和形态。  根据该属染色体基 数为8(x=8),可将这些种归为二倍体、四倍体、六倍体和八倍体种。  10种乌头的染色体在数目、大小、结构上表现出相关性。其中具根状茎而多年生的种多为二倍体,染色体形态较大,第3-7号多为近端着丝点(st)染色体, 具块茎而二年生的种多为多倍体,染色体形态较小,第3-7号多为近中着丝点(sm)染色体。染色体演化方向可能是二倍体→多倍体、大→ 小、st→sm。这进一步证明根状茎种较块茎种原始。根据染色体数目和形态,又可将这些种的染色体分为两类。这进一步支持了目前分类学上的牛扁亚属和乌头亚属的划分。本文还讨论了这些种的有关分类问题。  相似文献

中国特有的露蕊乌头亚属及铁破锣的染色体研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The paper reports chromosomal number and chromosomal morphologies of annual Aconitum gymnandrum endemic to China and Beesia calthifolia for the first time.  Of the two spcies, chromosome number is same (X=8, 2n=16) and chromosome average lengths are 6.17μ , 10.73μ respectively.  The longest chromosome 1, the short chromosomes 3-5, 7 and the shortest chromosome 8 are metacentrical (m), the chro- mosomes 2, 6 are submetacentrical (sm), and the pairs 4, 5, 8 have satellites in the karyotype of A. gymnandrum.  In B. calthifolia, all of the chromosome 1-5 are the long m, the chromosomes 6, 8 are the short sm and the 7 is telocentrical (t). The pairs 3, 4, 6 have satellites.      According to the comparison of karyotypes of three subgenera—subgen. Para- conitum, subgen. Aconitum and subgen. Gymnaconitum in Aconitum, the evolution trend of chromosomes is further discussed.      Finally, the relationship between Aconitum and Beesia is also discussed in thispaper.  相似文献

HPLC法测定铁棒锤中乌头碱的含量   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的建立HPLC测定铁棒锤中乌头碱的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器;色谱柱为Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL Dim(.250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温为30℃;流动相为乙腈-0.3%二乙胺水溶液(35:65);流速为1.0ml/min。结果乌头碱在0.975μg-3.9μg(R=0.999)范围内线性关系良好。乌头碱加样回收率为98.06%,RSD%为1.2%,原药材中乌头碱的含量为0.1052mg/g。结论本实验建立的测定方法具有准确、简便、灵敏度高、无干扰而且重现性好的优点,适合用于铁棒锤中乌头碱含量的测定。  相似文献

The genus, Ainsliaea DC. from China is revised in this paper. Three species, A. nana Y. C. Tseng, A. pingbianensis Y. G. Tseng and A. trinervis Y. C.  Tseng, are newly described;   two species, A.  chapaensis Merr.  and A. angustifolia Hook. f. et Thoms. ex C. B. Clarke are new records for China and two  new  combinations,  A.  apteroides (Chang)  Y.  C.  Tseng  and  A. macrocephala (Mattf.) Y. C. Tseng, are made. In addition, one species, A. hypoleuca  Diels  ex  Limpr.  and  four  varieties,  A.  bonatii  Beauverd  var. arachnoidea Beauverd,  A.  pteropoda DC.  var.  leiophylla Franch.,  A.  elegans Hemsl. var. tomentosa Mattf. and A. glabra Hemsl. var.  tenuiculis (Mattf.)Chang, are reduced to synonyms.  相似文献

 Four new species of the genus Aristolochia (Aristolochiaceae) are described as new from China.  They are Aristolochia austrochinensis C. Y. Cheng & J. S. Ma, A. caulialata C. Y. The karyotypes of five species in Astragalus (A. dahuricus DC., A. mongolicus Bunge., A. adsurgens Pall., A. melilotoides Pell., A. huangheensis H. C. Fu., Y. H. Liu) were studied.  Among them, the karyotypes of A. dahuricus and A. melilotoides are re- ported for the first time.  While A. melilotoides is tetraploid (2n=4X=32), all the others are found to be diploid (2n= 2X = 16).  Based on the comparison of karyotypes, the evolu-tionary order of these 5 species is discussed.  相似文献

 通过对狭叶沙参复合体进行居群(共46个)采样、引种、栽培实验,生物学特性观察,染色体观察 (已发表),杂交、同工酶比较、形态性状的定性定量分析、茎解剖和花粉形态的观察,发现:(1)该 复合体主要进行异花授粉,实生苗第二年才抽茎生花;(2)32个居群的染色体计数表明,在辽宁东部、 辽宁西部(绝大部分地区)和山西霍县的居群都为二倍体(2n=34),而其它地方的居群为四倍体(2n 68);(3)叶的酯酶同工酶的变异大,和一些形态特征,尤其是叶的形态和大小的变异相似,而种子的酯 酶同工酶则相当稳定;(4)通过9个居群的杂交试验,在狭叶沙参和石沙参四倍体居群间得到了一 些F1种子,而辽宁西部二倍体与上述的四倍体居群间的杂交未产生任何F1种子;(5)性状分析(包括 聚类分析与主成份分析)和茎解剖的研究,揭示了它们在叶、果实、花和种子的形态、髓纤维组织的有无、 叶锯齿和花萼裂片齿的有无和多少等形状上的变异幅度,并据此分辨出8个宗。其中辽宁西部的二倍 体宗形态上相当独特,被提升为种的等级。  其余7个宗,根据不同的分化程度被处理为三个种和5个 亚种;(6)运用杂交指数法分析了石沙参和狭叶沙参在太行山一带杂交的可能性;(7)分析讨论了复合体内各类群的起源和进化关系。   相似文献

Two new species of the genus Aleuritopteris (Sinopteridaceae),  A. humatifoliaX. C. Zhang et L. Shi and A. ebenipes X. C. Zhang, are described from Southern and Southwestern China.  This  paper  reports two new species of Allium  L. from Sichuan, A. xiangchengense J. M. Xu and A.guanxianense J. M. Xu. The former is related to A. hookeri Thwaites, but differs from it by its lanceolate to linear-lanceolate leaves with evidently contracted base and filaments longer than the tepals, while the latter is related to A.chienchuanense J. M. Xu, but differs from it by its termi- nal scape, filaments shorter than the tepals and ovary with solitary ovule in eachlocule.  相似文献
