鸡骨草多糖的提取工艺研究

目的:研究超声波法提取鸡骨草多糖的工艺。方法:以多糖提取率为指标,选择适当的超声波功率、超声波时间、料液比和提取次数,通过正交试验确定超声波法提取鸡骨草多糖的最佳条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为:提取功率90 W,超声时间35 min,提取次数2次,料液比1∶20。结论:超声法提取鸡骨草多糖方法简单、效率高,有效成分破坏少。     

白背木耳子实体多糖和菌丝体多糖提取方法的研究

白背木耳（Ａｕｒｉｃｕｌａｒｉａｐｏｌｙｔｒｉｃｈａ）是一种美味的食用兼保健的食用菌,有较高的经济价值．本文对白背木耳的子实体多糖、菌丝体多糖的提取条件进行探讨．试验结果表明,子实体多糖的最佳提取条件为：１∶３０的加水量,９０℃的提取温度,５ｈ的提取时间;菌丝体多糖的最佳提取条件为：１∶３０的加水量,１００℃的提取温度,５ｈ的提取时间．不同提取试剂对白背木耳子实体多糖和菌丝体多糖提取的影响的研究表明,用草酸铵、草酸和氢氧化钠溶液浸提白背木耳子实体和菌丝体,均可提高多糖的提取率．     

柠檬蜡伞多糖的提取工艺研究

以柠檬蜡伞为试验材料,对其多糖的水浴法提取工艺进行了研究.在单因素试验的基础上,通过L（934）正交试验,确定柠檬蜡伞多糖的最佳提取条件为：液料比40∶1 mL/g、提取温度85℃、提取时间90 min,提取2次;在此条件下,多糖含量达4.412 g/100 g.试验结果可为柠檬蜡伞多糖类生物活性成分的进一步研究提供科学依据.     

野生与人工栽培黑木耳多糖提取的研究

本文探讨了野生与人工栽培黑木耳子实体多糖的提取几种方法,实验结果证明:野生黑木耳子实体内可溶性多糖含量高于人工栽培黑木耳子实体可溶性多糖含量.而且野生比人工栽培黑木耳多糖的提取所需时间长.用NaOH溶液和草酸溶液作提取剂可获得较多的木耳多糖.80℃是提取木耳多糖的最佳温度.     

两种不同方法提取枸杞多糖的比较研究

以枸杞多糖为研究对象,比较两种不同提取方法对枸杞多糖的提取效果.采用单因素和正交试验对枸杞多糖提取工艺（热水法和微波法）进行了初步探讨,比较了料液比、浸提温度、提取时间、提取次数等因素对多糖提取率的影响.结果表明：传统热水法提取的最佳条件为提取温度90℃,提取时间3.5 h,料液比1∶10（mL/g）,提取次数3次;微波提取的最佳条件为微波功率480 W,微波时间20 min,料液比1∶30（mL/g）,提取次数2次.通过两种方法的比较,微波法提取多糖提取率提高近40%,微波法提取枸杞多糖优于热水浸提法.     

生姜多糖的提取工艺及其抗氧化活性研究

以生姜多糖的得率为评价指标,通过单因素试验及正交实验研究生姜多糖的最佳提取工艺。通过邻菲罗啉法、DPPH.法研究评价生姜多糖的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明生姜多糖提取的最佳工艺参数为:液固比20:1、提取温度90℃、/提取时间2.5 h,此工艺条件下生姜多糖的得率为5.82%。生姜多糖对.OH和DPPH.两种自由基均有清除效果,并存在一定的量效关系。当生姜多糖提取液浓度达到1.0 mg/mL时,对.OH和DPPH.的清除率分别可达48%和56%,清除DPPH.的IC50为0.93mg/mL。本试验结果可作为进一步开发利用生姜提供参考。     

药用真菌树舌菌丝体多糖提取工艺研究

试验对树舌菌丝体多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,比较了料水比、提取温度、提取次数、提取时间4个因素对多糖提取率的影响.并采用正交设计优化提取条件,确定最佳工艺条件为:料液比(g/mL)1:20、提取时间1.5h,抽提次数2次,提取温度为90℃.选择此工艺提取多糖,多糖提取率为4.06%.     

灵芝多糖提取工艺的优化

考察了温度、酸碱盐介质对灵芝多糖提取的影响以及活性碳脱色对灵芝多糖吸附的影响 .实验表明 ,用醚醇将灵芝子实体粉末回流提取之后 ,用 90℃的热水浸提二次 ,再用质量分数 1%的碳酸钠溶液浸提二次 ,可将灵芝多糖及其它有效成分充分地提取出来 ,适合食用菌产品加工之用 .     

香蜜果多糖提取工艺条件优化研究

本实验采用超声辅助法对香蜜果多糖提取工艺条件进行研究.以水为溶剂通过提取时间、料液比、超声功率、提取次数等单因素考察对多糖提取率的影响.通过正交试验优选出香蜜果多糖的提取工艺.结果显示,最佳工艺条件：提取温度90℃,超声功率500W,提取时间30min,物料比1：30.在此条件下,香蜜果多糖的提取率可达3.16%,与理论预测值3.50%的相对误差较小.实验结果具有一定的参考价值,为香蜜果有效成分的提取及资源的开发提供参考.     

富硒杏鲍菇对小鼠免疫力与抗氧化能力的影响

采用灌胃法,进行了富硒杏鲍菇子实体对小鼠免疫力、抗氧化作用的药理试验,结果表明:富硒杏鲍菇组的小鼠脏器指数高于纯净水组、Na2Se O3组和不加硒普通杏鲍菇组的小鼠脏器指数;富硒杏鲍菇子实体的水提液、75%乙醇提取液、80%甲醇提取液对DPPH自由基的清除率分别达到72.69%、69.72%、68.31%,均显著高于市售普通杏鲍菇子实体和液体发酵富硒杏鲍菇菌丝体干粉对自由基清除率(P<0.01);富硒杏鲍菇子实体处理组的小鼠全血和肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组、Na2Se O3处理组、普通杏鲍菇组,而丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组、Na2Se O3处理组及普通杏鲍菇处理组.结论:富硒杏鲍菇可显著提高小鼠免疫力和抗氧化能力.
