一种提升圆锥算法机动性能的方法(英文)

为提高捷联惯导姿态圆锥算法的机动性能,提出一种新的圆锥补偿结构,该结构通过在传统结构中增加一个子样获得.在给出经典圆锥运动定义的基础上,推导了基于新的圆锥补偿结构的圆锥补偿残余误差通式,并采用频率泰勒方法设计了新的圆锥补偿结构系数,从而获得一类新的圆锥补偿算法.定义了2种圆锥算法误差模型,分别用于圆锥环境和机动环境下的圆锥算法性能评估.仿真结果表明:新的四子样圆锥算法的机动精度比传统四子样圆锥算法的机动精度提高约1倍;与传统的压缩圆锥算法相比,新的圆锥算法在保持圆锥性能的同时具有更好的机动性能.     

A performance technologist's approach to process performance improvement

Process performance management provides detailed understanding of the design of a process to improve performance. This article highlights a process performance model aligned with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) steps of the Six Sigma model, but with additional substeps to guide process improvement. It thus identifies process improvement as one of the key tools in the performance technologist's toolkit and provides recommendations for methods, practices, and tools.     

The future of HRD

What organizational, technological and training developments will become crucial in the coming years, and what consequences will they have for human resource development? These questions have led to a study carried out by the faculty of Educational Science and Technology at the University of Twente, in the Netherlands. The ultimate aim of the study was to create an inventory of trends and developments which professionals deem to be influential with regard to the future HRD field. One direct catalyst for the study was the report of a similar study in the United States, involving HRD executives, carried out by the American Society for Training & Development. Following a brief explanation of the research plan and methods, this article describes the findings of the Dutch study an compares these with the results of the American research. It concludes with comments regarding the implications of the information obtained through this investigation.

我国教师绩效评估存在着评估内容窄化、对绩效形成机制缺乏深入的归因分析、忽视教师本人的权利救济等问题.不完善的教师绩效评估会产生负面影响:引发教师的不公平感,影响工作热情;诱发教师的失范行为;造成教育资源的浪费;影响受教育者的健康成长.教师绩效评估内容应当兼顾行为和结果,并对绩效结果进行深入的归因分析,同时要保证教师的全程和深度参与.     

The strategic impact model: An integrative approach to performance improvement and instructional systems design

Conclusion The Strategic Impact Model is distinctive in its portrayal of the integration of instructional and non-instructional interventions and its suggestion that all performance interventions undergo an analysis-design-development-production cycle, just as instruction does. It also differs from other similar models in its use of evaluative activities at each stage to assure alignment with strategic needs as well as quality control, and its suggestions for improving the chances of successful implementation by carrying out change management activities at each phase of the development process. He has special interests in distance education, historical and philosophical foundations of instructional technology and instructional development processes.
