论《黄帝帛书》的刑德思想

<黄帝帛书>中,刑德思想是核心内容之一.<黄帝帛书>从辨证思维的高度阐述了刑与德的关系,提出了“刑德相养“的命题.在德与刑孰主孰客这一问题上,<黄帝帛书>明确提出先德后刑.<黄帝帛书>将刑德与天道、阴阳结合起来,从而将刑德学说提高到了自然哲学的高度,形成了“阴阳刑德“观.<黄帝帛书>提出刑德理论在实践过程中应该注意的方式或方法,其中最为重要的是“因“、“时“和“度“.     

程知节与唐太宗——读《程知节墓志铭》

程知节本名程咬金,<程知节墓志铭>和<程知节碑文>的内容,与两<唐书>的<程知节传>有不少出入.隋末,程知节先加入瓦岗军,接着又为洛阳隋军将领王世充麾下,最后降唐,成为秦王集团的骨干成员.为了夺取太子地位,李世民发动了"玄武门之变",程知节是参加事变的主要成员之一.但两<唐书·尉迟敬德传>所载参加玄武门之变的人员名单中,却没有他的名字.<程知节墓志铭>和<程知节碑文>,都有力地说明了程知节是积极的参加者,其史料价值颇为珍贵,补充了文献记载的不足.     

《庾子山集》版本的整理与考订

最早的<庾子山集>20卷,成于庾信生前的北周大象元年(579),由宇文逌编辑.<北史>、新旧<唐书>、<郡斋读书志>、<直斋书录解题>、<宋史>均有20卷本的目录记载,<隋书>及明代焦竑<国史经籍志>则有21卷的记载,但原本已佚.流传至今的有明清以后学者编刻的14种版本,分为相同的、有较肯定影响的以及有不完全肯定影响的三种版本体系.

宋玉的作品,据<汉书·兰文志>说共有十六篇.但除<九辩>历来得到公认外,其他篇什大多认为不是宋玉作品.本文对<登徒子好色赋>序中的"阳城"和"下蔡"两个地名作了考证,找出内证,从时空两方面说明这篇作品的著作权还应还给宋玉.

<灵敏电流计特性的研究>实验中观察电流计的运动状态部分要求分别观察线圈三种阻尼运动.由于李正平编的教材<新编大学物理实验>中所设计的电路图不合理,所以观察到的运动不是欠阻尼、过阻尼与临界阻尼三种运动中的一种,而是两种阻尼运动的合成情况.修改后的电路就能分别观察三种阻尼运动.
