联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜（Ⅱ）配合物对草莓灰霉病的抑菌作用研究

合成了联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物,采用生长速率法测定联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物对草莓灰霉病的抑菌作用.实验证明:联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲及其铜(Ⅱ)配合物对草莓灰霉病菌丝生长有不同程度的抑菌作用,而联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲铜(Ⅱ)配合物的抑菌作用大于配体.     

苯基苄基酮缩氨基硫脲类希夫碱与DNA的相互作用

应用荧光光谱法研究了苯基苄基酮缩氨基硫脲类希夫碱与DNA相互作用.结果显示随着化合物浓度的增大,体系的荧光强度逐渐减弱,说明苯基苄基酮缩氨基硫脲类希夫碱与DNA具有比较明显的相互作用,具有潜在的开发价值.

缩氨基硫脲类化合物具有广泛的生物活性,在医药、农药中起着越来越重要的作用,综述了有关缩氨基硫脲化合物的合成、生物活性研究方面的工作。     

缩氨基硫脲类席夫碱及其Zn（Ⅱ）、Ni（Ⅱ）、Mn（Ⅱ）配合物的杀菌活性研究

用圆滤纸片法和浓度稀释法测定了缩氨基硫脲席夫减配体；乙醛酸缩氨基硫脲、安息香缩氨基硫脲及其分别与Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）、Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）、Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）配合物对大肠杆菌、产气杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌的杀菌活性．实验发现，配合物的杀菌活性优于配体的杀菌活性．     

2-羟基-1-奈甲醛和香草醛席夫碱化合物的合成及光谱表征

席夫碱作为鳌合剂、稳定剂、生物活性剂、分析试剂和催化试剂等广泛应用于化工生产和科学研究的很多领域,而且席夫碱及其金属配合物以其良好的抑菌、抗癌和抗病毒等广泛的生物和药物活性而倍受人们的关注。本文以2-羟基-1-奈甲醛与水杨酰肼和氨基硫脲反应制得2-羟基-1-奈甲醛缩水杨酰肼、2-羟基-1-奈甲醛缩氨基硫脲,以香草醛与硫代氨基脲及2,5-二硫二脲反应,合成了香草醛缩氨基硫脲和1,6-二（香草醛）缩双硫脲,以红外、荧光和吸收光谱对化合物进行了表征。     

环庚酮缩氨基硫脲Cu(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物的直接电化学合成

本文在以环庚酮缩氨基硫脲（HL）为配体的非水溶剂中,用Cu、Fe、Zn金属做阳极,首次用电化学金属阳极氧化法合成了环庚酮缩氨基硫脲（HL）与Cu（Ⅱ）、Fe（Ⅱ）、Zn（Ⅱ）的金属配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、摩尔电导等对配合物进行了表征．     

去甲去氢斑蝥素缩氨基硫脲类化合物的合成及结构

以呋喃甲醛、氨基硫脲的缩合产物与顺丁烯二酸酐经Diels-Alder反应,得到结构新型的去甲去氢斑蝥素缩氨基硫脲类化合物。目标化合物的结构经IR、^1H NMR、^13C NMR及元素分析进行了确认,并优化了合成反应条件,产物产率达到76.2%。

合成了新的含硫希夫碱配体 1-苯基 - 3-甲基吡啉酮 - 5双缩对称二氨基硫脲 ,通过元素分析、红外光谱对其配体进行了表征

介绍了芳香醛,酮过渡金属配合物,从一些芳香醛,酮缩氨基硫脲过渡金属配合物合成中溶剂、温度,反应介质等条件的选择,归纳了合成这类配合物的基本法则。     

酯基取代4-苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲衍生物的合成及其生物活性研究

以4-羟基苯甲醛为起始化合物,通过酯化反应在苯甲醛的羟基位置引入不同的酯基得到中间产物(B1-B12),然后在中间产物B1-B12的醛基位置引入氨基硫脲基团,共合成12个酯基取代缩胺基硫脲衍生物(C1-C12)。C1-C12均通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、质谱等进行表征。并测试了C1-C12化合物对酪氨酸酶的抑制活性,结果表明大多数酯基取代缩氨基硫脲衍生物对蘑菇酪氨酸酶IC₅₀值小于10 μM,其中抑制活性最强的化合物为C2,其对酪氨酸酶的IC50值达到1.5 μM。随着酯基碳链长度的增加,这类化合物对酪氨酸酶的抑制活性逐渐降低。
