高校辅导员队伍的职能论析

高校辅导员队伍的职能是指高校辅导员依托自身岗位,通过有效途径承担的相应责任和所发挥的作用。辅导员队伍具有教育引导、事务管理、发展辅导三种基本职能。辅导员只有认真把握这三种职能及其相互关系,才能在实际工作中全面、准确、科学地履行工作职责,充分发挥大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作组织者、实施者和指导者的作用,提高工作的科学化水平。     

信息处理是人脑的重要功能

人的认识过程是主体获取信息，并对信息进行加工处理的过程，而高度发展组织起来的物质大脑，是一个结构严谨、层次分明，且十分有序的巨系统组织。它在执行信息传递、加工、存贮、提取的过程中，担负着十分重要的职责，发挥着突出作用。可以说，认识过程就是人脑对信息的获取、加工、处理的过程，只有了解了大脑的信息处理功能，才能真正把握人类认识的本质。     

完善圆柱齿轮加工过程信息功能模型分析

在分析目前齿轮加工过程的基础上,应用齿轮参数空间图和功能模型讨论了提高齿轮加工质量和生产率的工艺方法,得出了控制工艺装备、选择合理工艺参数、优化工艺过程等方面完善齿轮制造过程,并以拉刀为实例进行了分析。     

短信息处理系统中信息过滤器的开发

基于对短信息处理系统的信息处理流程的分析，在研究CMPP和SMPP协议的基础上，首先探讨了开发短信息过滤器的目的，强调了对于短信息业务处理系统的应用设计而言。要做的工作主要集中在Server中做一个过滤程序，然后用不同的计算机编程语言开发出短信息处理过滤器，并进行了模拟调试，验证了短信息处理过滤器开发的正确性及其作用，由此认为将对以后的同类项目开发具有一定的应用示范作用。     

The Relationship of Counselor Self-Disclosure to Counselor Effectiveness

Counselor self-disclosure was investigated as a dimension of counselor effectiveness with a sample of forty-one graduate students in a counseling and guidance practicum. Effectiveness was measured by ratings from clients and practicum supervisors. Clients rated the counselors in three aspects of the counseling interview and supervisors rated counselors in eight areas. Counselor self-disclosure scores were correlated significantly with all the criterion scores of counselor effectiveness (p <. 05). It was suggested that the concept of psychological disclosure may have important implications for counselor selection and training.     

The Relationship of Counselor Self-Actualization To Counselor Facilitativeness

After completing the Personal Orientation Inventory, 32 counselors-in-training each conducted a half-hour counseling session with one of 32 volunteer clients. Following the session, clients and counselors filled out the Barrett-Lennard Relationship Inventory, indicating how encouraging the counselor had been. Correlational analyses found that in general, counselor trainees who viewed themselves as more self-actualized were not perceived by clients or by themselves as being more encouraging. Specific elements of self-actualization however (awareness of self, others, and the nature of man) were related to facilitative conditions.     

Counselor Role,Function, and Job Satisfaction

A survey of 246 certified Tennessee school counselors was made regarding job satisfaction as related to the ASCA role and function recommendations. It was found that the counselors were most job satisfied with placement activities and least job satisfied with research activities.

事件信息是记叙文阅读理解中的一个重要维度，但由于时间信息本身的抽象性，研究者对记叙文中时间信息加工的内部机制探讨不多。在关于记叙文中时间信息加工的几种传统理论基础上提出了“经验模拟——比较”假设，从语言理解的体验观及事件结构知觉等到不同角度探讨篇章中时间信息加工机制。     

The Doctorate in Counselor Education

The doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision is the terminal degree in the field of counselor education within the U.S. The authors surveyed CACREP-accredited doctoral programs to assess department characteristics, clinical experience and credentials, research experience, and the admission, retention, and evaluation of students. Results indicated that the PhD was a preferable degree to other degree offerings. Programs were found to be diverse in their policies and procedures relating to admissions and retention, time to complete the program, and student expectations. International students and faculty representation was found to be sparse in CACREP-doctoral programs. Implications for future research and practice are offered.

The Counselor Trainee Portfolio

Problems with both sides of the “skills versus personal growth” dispute are presented as evidence that a third counselor education paradigm is needed. The portfolio concept is introduced as a means of assessing counselor trainees' competence against their own integrated theory of counseling. The portfolio approach, as currently implemented in one counselor education program. is presented. The future of the portfolio system is explored.     

人眼视觉信息处理模型的研究

人造视网膜将外来光信号转化为电信号,用人造视网膜替代外层受损视网膜的功能,直接用人造视网膜处理之后的信号刺激视网膜内部神经细胞,从而使外部视网膜病变引起的失明得到恢复．而微电极之前的图像信息处理过程需要一个视觉信息处理模型为基础．该文利用子波变换对图像信息处理的灵活方便性,以及子波变换与人眼视觉信息处理过程的相一致性．在目前子波研究的基础上,把子波变换的思想应用于可恢复盲人视觉的视觉信息处理模型之中．
