为探讨知识型员工主管支持感、职业认同和主观幸福感间的关系以及职业认同在主管支持感和主观幸福感间的中介作用,采用方便取样的方法选取300名知识型员工,采用主管支持感量表、职业认同量表和主观幸福感量表对其进行调查,并对得到的数据进行结构方程模型建模。结果发现:(1)知识型员工的主管支持感对其主观幸福感具有显著的促进作用;(2)职业认同在知识型员工主管支持感和主观幸福感间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的53.5%。研究认为,管理者可以通过提高对知识型员工的支持来提升其幸福感水平,这种提升作用部分通过知识型员工对职业的认同实现。  相似文献

The professoriate, as a whole, is growing older and more experienced; yet institutions often overlook the professional development needs of mid-career and senior faculty. This article, based on a review of the literature and the development of a peer coaching project, examines peer coaching as a professional development opportunity for experienced faculty that meets many of their immediate needs and offers a variety of longer-term benefits to their institution. Six recommendations for creating a peer coaching program emerge from the literature and the authors’ experience.

Her research interests include faculty development and satisfaction, college teaching, diversity and social justice, and student learning. Carol L. Weaver   is an associate professor in Adult Education at Seattle University’s College of Education. She received her B.S. Degree from Washington State University. Both her Master’s degree work (Oregon State University) and her Doctorate (The Ohio State University) focused on adult education. A relationship is suggested between the national image of the American Personnel and Guidance Association (APGA) and its membership requirements of graduate counseling programs. Citing the total absence of APGA membership requirements in training programs of one state, growing professional problems for APGA are predicted if the national perspective includes similar absences. I propose that counselor educators initiate the integration of APGA membership criteria with accreditation of graduate programs to enhance APGA's status as a national professional organization.  相似文献

本研究采用《中学教师职业认同问卷》对230名农村中学教师职业认同现状进行了调查,结果显示:(1)农村中学教师对教师职业基本认同;(2)不同职业动机的教师在职业认同上存在非常显著的差异;(3)不同工资满意度在职业认同程度上存在非常显著的差异;(4)不同职务教师在职业认同程度上存在显著差异;(5)农村中学教师职业认同在性别、年龄、教龄、学历、职称及工资水平上都不存在显著差异。  相似文献

The professional behavior of future doctors is increasingly important in medical education. One of the first subjects in the curriculum to address this issue is gross anatomy. The Tuebingen Medical Faculty implemented a learning portfolio and a seminar on medical professionalism during the dissection course. The aims of this research project are to get an overview of how students form a professional identity in the dissection course and to compare the content of both their oral and written reflections on the course. A qualitative analysis was conducted of the oral and written reflections on the dissection laboratory experience. This study was conducted during winter term 2013/2014 with a cohort of 163 participants in the regular dissection course. Written reflection texts (from n = 96 students) and audio recordings from four oral reflection seminar discussions (with n = 11 students) were transcribed and deductively categorized with Mayring’s qualitative content analysis method. Both qualitative analyses show that students reflected on many topics relevant to professional development, including empathy, respect, altruism, compassion, teamwork, and self-regulation. Quantitative analysis reveals that students who attended the oral reflection wrote significantly more in their written reflection than students who did not. There is, however, no difference in the reflection categories. Reflection content from students corresponds with categories derived from existing competency frameworks. Both the seminar (oral reflections) and the learning portfolio (written reflections) present excellent opportunities to foster professional development during anatomy education; the key is using them in conjunction with the dissection course.  相似文献

调查显示:河南省高校辅导员职业认同度较高,但职业意志水平较低。女性辅导员职业认同度显著高于男性辅导员,专职辅导员的职业认同感显著高于兼职辅导员。高校辅导员职业认同在年龄上存在显著差异,26~35岁的辅导员职业认同水平最低。在工作时间维度上存在统计学意义上的差异,工作时间越长,职业认同水平越低。基于此,高校应分析辅导员职业认同的影响因素,从政策支持、体系建设等方面提高其职业认同水平,促进辅导员队伍建设的专业化。  相似文献

免费师范生作为准教师,他们的教师职业认可程度直接影响着学习质量和未来的教育质量。通过问卷法、访谈法等方法对x大学的部分师范生做了教师职业认同感的现状调查,免费师范生在性别、是否独生子女、年级、户口等方面存在显著性差异。分析其原因和影响因素,针对问题提出具体的策略建议,为免费师范生的培养提供理论依据。  相似文献

高校"双师型"辅导员既是教师,又有专业执业资格。其专业标准应当以立德树人的作用和贡献为衡量。在立德树人方面,作为与其他教师有所不同的专门思政人员,高校"双师型"辅导员应有其从事岗位职责的专业准则与技术标准,即与立德树人相称的促进学生发展能力和专业执业资格。这需要高校党政高度重视,国家、省和学校共同努力,高校进行专业化组织策划,并按照"双师型"发展方向建构"双师型"辅导员培养模式。  相似文献

This qualitative study examined the experiences of counsellors and their perceptions of resources that helped them cope with traumatized clients and difficult client sessions. The research was conducted using in-depth interviews with a purposive sample of eight counsellors working in five counselling agencies. The study identified how counsellors develop their own personal and professional strategies for coping with challenge, and the supportive structures and coping strategies provided by agencies. From these counsellors’ stories of learning to cope with traumatized clients and traumatic material, we highlight some recommendations that may facilitate the development of effective coping strategies for the prevention or amelioration of vicarious traumatization.  相似文献

教师职业认同是教师对其职业及内化的职业角色的积极的认知、体验和行为倾向的综合体。师范生的教师职业认同感高低关乎其未来职业生涯规划的好坏,更关乎国家基础教育发展的成败。通过对兰州城市学院教育学院小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同感的调查发现,影响小学教育专业本科生教师职业认同感的因素是多元的,但主要来自社会、师范院校和师范生三个层面。基于此,提出了相应的策略,以期提高师范生教师职业认同感。  相似文献

Professional identity development (PID), which involves transformational learning, is crucial for counselors and trainees. However most current training approaches focus more on specific tasks related to PID without focusing on the transformational learning aspect. Mindfulness is an important component for transformational learning; however, limited effort has been focused on its likely impact on PID. This conceptual article describes the need for integrating mindfulness into PID, and explains applications of mindfulness practices in assisting counselors to enhance development of a professional identity in the course of completing transformational tasks through a transformative learning process. 采用大学生专业认同问卷对425名计算机科学与技术专业大学生进行调查,考查计算机科学与技术专业大学生的专业认同水平以及在性别、年级、专业选择上的差异。研究结果显示:计算机科学与技术专业大学生专业认同水平处于中等偏上水平;男生的专业认同水平以及情感性、适切性水平均显著高于女生;大三学生的专业认同水平以及情感性、适切性水平均显著低于其他年级学生,大二学生、大四学生的认知性水平显著高于大一学生和大三学生;自主选择专业学生的专业认同水平以及情感性、行为性、适切性水平均显著高于非自主选择专业的学生。在此基础上,提出了针对性的专业认同提升建议。  相似文献
