本文研究了Al2O3、SiC加入量不同、加入稀土后以及热处理与钢结硬质合金力学性能的关系。采用SPS烧结、测定密度、硬度和耐磨性等,进行了金相、数据分析。结果表明,加入Al2O3、SiC、稀土后有良好的强化效果,热处理后使力学性能进一步提高。  相似文献

In this paper we show that in advanced information retrieval (IR) applications capabilities for data aggregation, transitive computation and NF2 (non-first normal form) relational computation are often necessary at the same time. We demonstrate that complex objects are naturally modeled as NF2 relations, whereas structures like hierarchical thesauri must be modeled for transitive computation. Transitive processing cannot be supported by structurally static structures like NF2 relations. We present a truly declarative query interface, which integrates data aggregation, transitive computation and NF2 relational computation. Thus the interface supports the retrieval and structural manipulation of complex objects (e.g. documents and bibliographic references), their retrieval through transitive relationships (e.g. thesauri, citations) and data aggregation based on their components (e.g. citation counts, author productivity). Most importantly, users can formulate queries on a high abstraction level without mastering actual programming or database techniques.  相似文献

Digital-technology usage in dynamic and complex work practices is a core phenomenon in innovation research. There are, however, few detailed analyses of how people organize the use of digital tools in their work practices. We aim to offer more insight into how individual actors use digital technology, how these actors organize its use in collectives, and how they organize their work with that of other actors in order to realize collective-level goals. We implemented a qualitative research design, based on interviews in architectural firms complemented with observations and archival data. By analyzing interactions of multiple individual actors with digital technology, we found that actors organize usage in collectives through activities that we call configuring-in-use and reflecting; and that they combine these two organizational activities in order to realize collective-level goals. We identify the combination of these organizational activities as configurational usage. We contribute to literature on the usage of pervasive digital technology by providing a detailed empirical investigation of organized usage of digital technology. Furthermore, we refine the conceptualization of configurational usage, improving understanding of core processes of digital innovation.  相似文献

在文献回顾的基础上,提出了干系人私人关系的三个构成:感情、人情和面子,探讨了干系人私人关系的三个构面、知识共享行为和复杂产品研发绩效之间的关系,构建了理论模型,并以复杂产品研发团队的干系人为调查对象对模型进行了实证研究。研究结果显示:干系人的感情、人情和面子均对知识共享行为有显著的正面影响,感情和面子对复杂产品研发绩效有显著正面影响,知识共享行为对复杂产品研发绩效有显著正面影响。此外,研究结果还表明,知识共享行为在人情和复杂产品研发绩效之间起到了完全中介作用;知识共享行为在感情和复杂产品研发绩效及面子和复杂产品研发绩效之间分别起到了部分中介作用。  相似文献

Aiming at early detection of faults in dynamic systems subject to external periodic disturbances, this paper proposes a new generalized proportional-integral observer (GPIO) fault detection scheme with zero-pole joint optimization and novel complex coefficient gain (CCG) of residual evaluation. The focus of the proposed scheme is to reduce the adverse impacts caused by the semi-stationary periodic disturbance whose spectrum is uneven, with most energy being at some dominant frequencies. The proposed GPIO with a complex coefficient gain is designed in a two-stage procedure. In the first stage of zero assignment and pole optimization, the additional zeros introduced by the GPIO’s integration action are allocated to near the disturbance frequency. The gain of the transfer function matrix relating from the disturbances to the fault indicator signals is minimized by pole optimization. In the second stage of designing complex coefficient gain in residual evaluation, the unique feature of rank-deficient caused by the additional zeros assigned in stage one is further exploited to cancel the disturbances in the fault indicator signals (which is also referred to as the fault detection residual in this article). It is proved that, for an arbitrary periodic disturbance with a specific spectrum, the remnant components of the disturbance in the indicator signals generated by the GPIO can cancel each other by a complex gain vector, which can be determined by the zero eigenvalue’s left eigenvector of the rank-deficient of the disturbance transfer function matrix. The sufficient conditions for the convergence of the proposed fault detection filter are also given. Numerical examples illustrate the proposed method’s better performance in detecting minor faults.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the finite-time and fixed-time synchronization of complex networks with discontinuous nodes dynamics. Firstly, under the framework of Filippov solution, a new theorem of finite-time and fixed-time stability is established for nonlinear systems with discontinuous right-hand sides by using mainly reduction to absurdity. Furthermore, for a class of discontinuous complex networks, a general control law is firstly designed. Under the unified control framework and the same conditions, the considered networks are ensured to achieve finite-time or fixed-time synchronization by only adjusting the value of a key control parameter. Based on the similar discussion, a unified control strategy is also provided to realize respectively asymptotical, exponential and finite-time synchronization of the addressed networks. Finally, the derived theoretical results are supported by an example with numerical simulations.  相似文献

Due to the special characteristics and challenges in Chinese language, event extraction in Chinese is much more difficult than that in English. In particular, the state-of-the-art Chinese event extraction systems suffer much from the low recall in trigger identification due to the failure in identifying unknown triggers and the inconsistency in identifying trigger mentions. To resolve these two issues, this paper proposes an inference mechanism to infer unknown triggers via the compositional semantics inside Chinese words and another inference mechanism to recover trigger mentions via the discourse consistency between Chinese trigger mentions. Here, various morphological structures are explored to better represent the compositional semantics inside Chinese triggers and automatically identify the head morpheme as the governing sememe of a trigger in inferring unknown triggers. Evaluation on the ACE 2005 Chinese corpus justifies the effectiveness of our approach over a strong baseline in Chinese event extraction, in particular trigger identification.  相似文献

In this paper, the optimal synchronization controller design problem for complex dynamical networks with unknown system internal dynamics is studied. A necessary and sufficient condition on the existence of the optimal control minimizing a quadratic performance index is given. The optimal control law consists of a feedback control and a compensated feedforward control, and the feedback control gain can be obtained by solving the well-known Algebraic Riccati Equation (ARE). Especially, in the presence of unknown system dynamics, a novel adaptive iterative algorithm using the information of system states and inputs is proposed to solve the ARE to get the optimal feedback control gain. Finally, a simulation example shows the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献
