现代大学承载着人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承以及国际合作与交流五大职能,其中人才培养是大学的核心职能,研究型大学要肩负起创新型人才培养的重要使命。发挥研究型大学科教协同关键作用,是培养高素质人才和创新型人才的有力途径。本文以浙江大学科教协同的探索与实践为例,思考新时期研究型大学全面推进科教协同的有效路径,以期提升高校人才培养质量,助推高校"双一流"建设。     

构建有利于创新的大学和谐文化

建设创新型国家和构建社会主义和谐社会是我国在新时期顺应时代潮流、应对全球挑战、面向我国经济社会当前和长远发展需求做出的重大战略决策和部署。大学在国家这一伟大历史发展进程中具有战略地位和核心竞争力的作用,而大学在本质上是一个功能独特的文化机构,要实现建立创新型大学,使其成为有中国特色的国家创新体系的重要组成部分,承担创新科技和创新人才培养的双重使命,必须构建有利于创新的大学和谐文化。
