采用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备Ce3+:ZnO - Al2O3 - SiO2(ZAS)微晶玻璃。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和荧光光谱仪(PL)系统研究了铈离子掺杂浓度与热处理温度对ZAS微晶玻璃的结构与发光性能的影响。结果表明,900℃热处理后在非晶基体中析出了平均晶粒尺寸为13nm的ZnAl2O4尖晶石纳米晶;ZAS微晶玻璃的荧光发射峰峰值位于381nm,属于Ce3+离子的5d→4f跃迁,当Ce3+掺杂浓度为3%时发光性能达到最佳。  相似文献

分别以物理掺杂和化学掺杂的方式,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了未经表面修饰纳米碳管( CNTs)和经r-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(NH2 (CH2)3Si(OC2H5)3,APTES)修饰纳米碳管的有机改性SiO2复合凝胶玻璃.在此基础上,以X射线光电子能谱(XPS)为表征手段,对所得两种复合凝胶玻璃中SiO2基质和掺杂CNTs的化学状态进行研究.结果表明,掺杂CNTs改变了复合凝胶玻璃中C和O的原子百分比,对SiO2基质的网络结构产生影响,但对SiO2基质的组成未产生显著影响;无论是在物理掺杂还是化学掺杂的有机改性SiO2复合凝胶玻璃中,CNTs与SiO2间均存在一定的Si-C结合键;在CNTs-SiO2复合凝胶玻璃中,以APTES作为桥梁,实现了CNTs与SiO2网络间的化学键合.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列La3+掺杂的纳米TiO2,用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线能谱仪(EDS)等测试方法对催化剂进行表征,并以甲基橙溶液为降解目标,测定其紫外光光催化活性.结果表明:La3+的掺杂能有效抑制TiO2纳米颗粒的增长,提高晶相转变温度;稀土La3+的掺杂能有效提高TiO2纳米粉体的光催化活性,最佳初始掺杂物质的量比为0.02%.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制备稀土掺杂TiO2光催化剂RE/TiO2(RE=Pr、Nd、Gd、Er),利用XRD、BET、DRS、SPS等手段进行表征,研究了稀土掺杂对TiO2的晶相结构、比表面积、吸光性能的影响,考察了RE/TiO2催化剂降解C2H4的气-固相光催化氧化反应性能.结果表明:掺杂适量的稀土离子可以抑制锐钛矿晶型向金红石晶型转变,细化晶粒,增加比表面积,提高光催化活性.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同掺杂浓度的Mn-Al共掺杂Zn O粉末。用XRD分析了粉末的晶格结构。表明所有样品都具有纤锌矿结构。当Mn(1wt%)掺入纯Zn O时晶格常数明显变大,这表明Mn已经进入了Zn O晶格,且Mn离子处于正二价态。随着粉末中Al浓度的增加,发现晶胞参数a,c开始略有减小,而后随Al离子浓度增大而变大。确定了在Mn(1wt%)掺杂的前提下,Al对Zn O掺杂的最佳浓度为2wt%。  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函(DFT)理论的第一性原理平面波超软赝势计算方法,对Zn2SiO4∶Mn2+的电子结构(能结构、态密度)和光学性质进行了理论计算。计算结果表明,Zn2SiO4∶Mn2+是一种间接带隙半导体,禁带宽度为2.934 eV;其能态密度主要由Zn-3d,O-2p和Si-3p决定;静态介电函数ε1(0)=2.82;折射率n0=1.75;吸收系数最大峰值为7.37×104cm-1;利用计算的能带结构和态密度分析了Zn2SiO4∶Mn2+材料的介电函数、反射谱、复折射率以及消光系数等光学性质,为Zn2SiO4∶Mn2+发光材料的设计与应用提供了理论依据。  相似文献

本文采用Mn2+掺杂和组装壳等技术,以变性牛血清白蛋白(d BSA)为稳定剂,探索水相合成新型掺杂-核壳结构Ag In S2:Mn@Zn S量子点的方法.工作中以产物的荧光和磷光强度为指标,通过考察Mn2+和Zn的用量、反应的气氛、p H值、温度和时间来优化Ag In S2:Mn@Zn S量子点的合成条件.用扫描隧道显微镜、X射线粉末衍射等技术对量子点的形貌、结构进行了表征.结果表明,该量子点的直径为9~11nm,量子产率为43.2%.用荧光光谱等方法研究了其光致发光性能,并应用于对胰蛋白酶的选择性识别.  相似文献
