本文依据"母语迁移"理论,结合自己多年的外语教学实践经验和理论思考,主要从价值观、思维模式和民族习俗三方面,阐述母语文化对少数民族学生学习外语的影响及这些影响对外语教学提供的借鉴和启示,以使外语教学工作者在少数民族外语教学中充分发挥母语文化对外语学习的正迁移作用,避免母语文化对外语学习的负迁移,提高民族院校的外语教学质量.  相似文献

行之有效的学习评价对学生学习和教师教学至关重要。学习评价受多种因素影响,并且在不同阶段呈现不同的特征。以美国教育政策演变为背景,对美国基础教育阶段学习评价进行深入解读,发现在其演变历程中,主要凸显出四种特征:使用信息技术探索无纸化评价,并对此进行了长期研究,推进数字化评价方法;发展形成性评价的过程中关注学习性评价;社会第三方评价机构深度介入到学习评价中,专业化程度不断提升;建立数据系统,关注纵向个体内差异评价。学习评价领域的探索是美国改善学生国际测试成就措施的重要部分,效果良好,对其经验虽不可全盘照搬,但对我国有一定借鉴意义。  相似文献

中学生学习动机问卷的编制遵循标准化的程序,采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析方法,问卷的内在一致性信度系数和重测信度系数达到0.7,学习动机的结构拟合良好,因素载荷在0.4—0.9之间,效标效度基本符合测量学的要求,中学生学习动机问卷是一个信、效度良好,具有五因素结构的测量工具。  相似文献

This study investigates students’ preference for team learning and its effectiveness, compared to lecture-based learning. A quasi-experiment was set up in a financial accounting course in the first-year undergraduate of the Economics and Business Administration Program, where students had to choose between one of the two learning methods (team learning or lecture-based) and subsequently followed their preferred method of pedagogy. The quasi-experiment was administered for a first-year undergraduate class, with data for 291 students. The first objective of this study is to investigate students’ preference in relation to their gender, ability, motivation, and learning strategy. The second objective is to explore whether a team-based approach is more effective than lecture-based learning, when students participate in their preferred method. The results show that female students had a higher preference for team learning than male students. Furthermore, students with a preference for team learning had a lower ability level, were more intrinsically motivated, had less control of their learning beliefs, were more help seeking, and were more willing to share their knowledge with peers. The team learning approach resulted in increased performance, compared to the lecture-based setting, while controlling for differences in gender and ability. This beneficial impact of team learning on performance was not found for other courses (in which team learning was not implemented), leading to the conclusion that team learning offers an appropriate learning method at the university level for a first-year course. Implications for student learning, faculty members, and institutional policy are discussed.  相似文献

This paper draws on findings from a research study in which educational managers at different career stages were interviewed about their conceptions and experiences of educational‐management learning. The study highlighted the diverse and individual influences on the process of learning to become an educational manager and indicated that teachers acquire managerial expertise by a variety of means. The seven most common opportunities through which educational‐management learning was gained have been identified, and they are analysed from the point of view of the learner in terms of: (i) their relative importance to the learning process, (ii) how (and if) they affect practice or thinking, (iii) when (at what points in the learning curve) they are effective. This study suggested that the value and effectiveness of the different developmental processes may reflect some of the personal characteristics peculiar to the individual educational manager. The orientation of learners, which takes into account their environment and how they take control over their studies, is an important factor in deciding which methods the student will adopt in their learning. To determine the factors which influence the orientations of students studying at a distance, three groups of chemistry students at two Australian universities were studied using a qualitative grounded theory method methodology. It was found that the major influences could be divided into two main categories: independence and study environment. Isolation from the university due to geographical distance and issues of time had made these students independent learners who did not require interaction with other students, or with their lecturers, except when initiated by them. To maintain their interest they had to be highly motivated and this motivation was found to be mainly intrinsic. The students chose to study by distance education, accepted isolation as a part of this choice, and had devised strategies to overcome this. Several different study environments were identified. The major constraints to study were space limitations, work commitments, and family commitments, with the latter being of most concern. In general the students had adopted different strategies to work around these restrictions. Overall, although the students were predisposed to adopt a deep learning approach, they were particularly concerned with their efficiency of learning, which led them to adopt a strategic approach, using both deep and surface approaches depending on their circumstances at the time.  相似文献

Of 1773 college students who completed self‐administered questionnaires, 80 indicated they had been diagnosed as having a learning disability (LD). Those students were then compared on measures of self concept and recalled family stress, and reported personal problems with those who indicated no LD. It was found that the LD participants, in comparison with their non‐LD peers, tended to view themselves and their parents more negatively, recall more family stress during childhood and adolescence and report more drug abuse problems, delinquency and suicidal thoughts.  相似文献
