“114”教学新范式的探究与实践

教学活动的根本落脚点在于学生"学得怎么样",学校把"以学为主、教随学定"的"114理念"作为导学模式的核心理念,要求学生"先学后教",即根据备课组提供的导学案中的学习目标和预习作业进行预习,并带着问题上课;而教师则"以学定教",根据学生自学过程中产生的问题设计有针对性、有取舍、有区分的"教"。以导学案为载体的学习最大特点是把课堂还给学生,调动学生的学习积极性,引导学生主动学习,成为学习的主人。
