到我园参观教育活动的老师，最深的感触就是幼儿一日生活非常丰富而有序，一环扣一环．显示了幼儿在活动中的积极状态。我坦率地表露了自己的观点：这就是我们“把幼儿的一日生活各个环节都当课来上．把课又当游戏活动来做”的结果。许多人把我的这种行为简单地归结为教学经验和技巧，而我认为主要是教育观念的问题。如果教师没有新的教育观念，绝不可能有新的教育行为，幼儿园的教育，不是几节课(教育活动)所能包容的，幼儿在一日的各个环节中包括生话环节。都有获取知识和经验的需要，我们教师的责任是满足幼儿的这种需要，尽可能地挖掘这些环节中自然呈现的教育因素，实施教育。     

完善幼儿社会交往心理健康教育的策略

一、专业学习与研讨，提高教师专业素养 教师作为幼儿社会交往中心理健康教育的引导者、合作者、参与者，首先要对幼儿心理健康教育有深刻的了解与认识，以理论指导实践，进而在幼儿一日生活中、在教学活动中做到有目的、有计划地促进幼儿积极交往态度、交往能力的发展与进步。如：参加专业的心理健康教育培训，自学心理健康教育书籍《幼儿心理健康教育》、《儿童心理魔法书》等，通过网络查阅相关资料，并在学习后实践，在实践中反思，在反思中再实践，逐步提高心理健康教育的水平。同时通过教学研讨搭建交流共享的平台，鼓励老师畅所欲言，发表自己的见解与认识，共同提高，共同发展。     

自主性游戏与教育活动整合的探究

游戏是儿童生命本质的体现,游戏蕴藏着教育动机,内含教育契机,冈而游戏与儿童的教育及其身心发展有着密切的联系.传统的游戏都是受教师牵引的,有的教师往往忽视幼儿内在的需要和游戏本身给幼儿带来的乐趣.而存自主性游戏中,游戏目标和主题是由幼儿自己提出来的而不是强加的,幼儿主动积极地进行探索,不断体验自由与规则、成功与失败.

幼儿生活活动中教师观察行为的优化策略研究

<正>观察行为是幼儿园教师在真实的教育环境中收集与幼儿相关的各种信息并做出反应的一系列显性活动。记录和分析教师的观察行为是提高教师观察能力、提高教师专业素养的重要途径。在幼儿的生活活动中，教师对幼儿的观察，可以更好地了解幼儿，更好地教育幼儿。观察可以促进幼儿的成长。在幼儿的生活活动中，教师通过观察，可以全面了解幼儿的需求，大致了解幼儿的个体情况。这样教师就可以针对幼儿的差异制订有效的教学方法。但在我国目前的学前教育中，教师对幼儿的观察不够，严重影响了幼儿的成长发育。因此教师需要有目的、有计划地观察幼儿的行为，客观地解释和分析其行为，进一步分析并优化幼儿教育。     

让课程适应每—个孩子的发展

随着幼教课程改革的不断深入和教育质量的不断提高，教师专业发展得到前所未有的重视，幼儿园课程改革和园本教研是教师专业发展的重要途径。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》也指出，幼儿园教育活动的选择既适合幼儿的现有水平，又有一定的挑战性；既符合幼儿的现实需要，又有利于其长远发展；既贴近幼儿的生活来选择幼儿感兴趣的事物和问题，     

试论高等教育专业体系中教师教育专业的改革

教师教育专业改革与建设，是高等教育专业改革和建设的重要组成部分。当前教师教育专业化，是中国教师教育改革的热点问题，但教师教育专业化首先必须从高等教育学科专业体系来认识并加以解决。从我国目前高等学校学科专业建设实践看，教师教育专业尚未确立自己在高等教育学科专业体系中的独立地位，导致这一状况的原因是教师教育专业尚缺乏自己的学科特性。教师教育专业的学科特点是文、理学科与教育学科的交叉，在我国新一轮高等学校学科专业结构调整中，教师教育专业要依据这一特点来重新定位。     

幼儿自主游戏中的现场指导
