论职业结构与职业教育专业结构的关系——以中等职业学校为例

现阶段职业结构体系和职业教育专业结构体系匹配存在问题,企业在人才紧缺的情况下却不愿聘用职业教育培养的学生。文章从两个体系的结构入手,采用文献调研、实证调研和比较研究等方法,在抽象体系之间以显性主观化的方式呈现二者的映射关系,认为提升匹配度的途径是明确界定专业标准的原则以及构建职业教育自身标准。     

构建“通专融合”的国际化应用型人才培养体系——以闽江学院中美本科为例

通过分析福建高等教育培养国际化人才所存在的问题,界定通识教育与专业教育的概念,在运用马克思的"人的全面发展"学说分析通专融合的必要性的基础上,以闽江学院中美本科为例,从通识教育与专业教育并重的课程体系、爱恩英语课程体系、国际化师资队伍、实践基地及立体化的教学质量监控体系五个方面探讨融通识教育与专业教育的国际化应用型人才培养体系的构建,为促进福建高校国际化人才培养的改革与创新提供参考。     

发达国家和地区构建现代职业教育体系的策略及启示

应对产业结构优化升级的需要,一些发达国家逐步提升职业教育的层级,构建了较完善的现代职业教育体系。借鉴发达国家和地区职业教育的办学经验,结合本国实际,在推进我国现代职业教育体系建设过程中,要避免职业学校的"升学导向",应根据区域产业发展的现实状况,分析其产业结构的特点、技术水平的差异,确定各层次职业教育的发展规模,培养"适销对路"的技术技能人才;根据岗位职业能力的不同要求,合理确定职业教育的专业培养目标,实现不同层次职业教育的衔接,并建立相应的保障机制。     

论应用技术大学的发展历程及现实选择

我国应用技术大学的发展大致经历了新中国成立初期的初步探索、20世纪90年代的规范发展和新世纪的规模扩张三个阶段。在60余年的发展过程中,应用技术大学通过"试点"、"升格"和"转型"等方式逐渐发展成为培养本科层次技能型人才的高校,对构建我国现代职业教育体系具有重要的实践意义。目前,应用技术大学发展过程中存在的问题集中在资源配置不足、缺乏社会认可、专业特色不明显和师资水平有待提高等方面。应用技术大学的未来发展应该准确定位人才培养目标,着力培养高素质技能型人才;以通识教育为基础,提高学生综合职业素质;深化校企合作,强化实践教学环节;建设与应用技术大学相适应的师资队伍。     

新型城镇化进程中农村职业教育发展论析

新型城镇化以统筹城乡一体化为发展模式,打破城乡二元结构弊端,是我国农村社会经济发展的新战略、新手段。它要求必须提高农民现代化水平、提升农民职业素质、培养"新型职业农民"、加大农村剩余劳动力转移力度。对此,必须深入分析我国经济社会发展趋势,把握农村职业教育发展新机遇,重新调整农村职业教育人才培养方向,加大构建多层次的农村职业教育人才培训体系,推进学员、学校、企业"三位一体"农村职业教育人才培养模式,对提高人才培养质量、提升服务"三农"水平、缓解农村劳动力供需结构矛盾,促进新型城镇化建设健康、协调、可持续发展具有重要意义。

通过"专本衔接"构建现代职业教育体系,培养高端的涂料技术人才。该文以仲恺农业工程学院应用化学专业与顺德职业技术学院应用化工技术专业(涂料方向)"专本衔接"培养4年制本科涂料高端技术人才作为案例,分析这种新型的人才培养模式和人才培养规格要求,确定高级技术技能型人才的协同培养目标、人才培养方案和专业课程体系设置,以及实施过程中可能存在的问题。
