创新研训一体教研模式 为均衡发展提供有效服务

义务教育均衡发展,物质均衡是"标",内涵均衡是"本"。为此,嘉善县教育研究培训中心创新研训模式,实施以课堂转型为路径、课题研究为支撑、三级联动为方式、教师成长为导向的研训一体教研模式,推动育人模式的转变,促进县域义务教育均衡发展。     

城乡教育一体化背景下区域教育联盟教研模式研究——以贵港市港北区初中教育联盟为例

本文以贵港市港北区初中教育联盟为例,论述在城乡教育一体化背景下,构建区域教育联盟协同开展教研活动,整体转变教师的教育教学理念,提高课堂教学效率,促进区域义务教育优质均衡发展的可行途径。     

以“示范区”推进“优质均衡”——江苏省推进义务教育均衡发展的区域战略探析

长三角地区是东部教育发展的标杆,苏浙沪推进义务教育均衡发展的路径与策略也各不相同。江苏省以"优质均衡"为目标,以"示范区"为推进义务教育优质均衡发展的基本方式。示范区通过政策制度设计,加大办学投入,确保每一位学生享受优质教育的机会,走内涵式发展道路,促进师资优质均衡等一系列举措,有力促进了区域义务教育优质均衡发展,但产生了诸如推进方法同质化,缺少有针对性的阶段性任务,尚未建立评价义务教育优质均衡发展指标体系等新的问题。基于此,须落实政府责任主体,树立"促进每一个人都发展"的发展理念,健全义务教育优质均衡发展指标体系。     

以外延促内涵:云南省新平县义务教育均衡发展之路

新平县在促进义务教育均衡发展过程中,坚持以政府为主导,以硬件建设为突破的义务教育均衡发展路径。在加速硬件建设的过程中,新平县感受到关注教育内涵发展的重要性和紧迫性,通过课堂教学改革、教师招聘改革、城乡教师交流和帮扶、发展学校特色等方式,促进教育从外延发展向内涵发展转变,形成了外延与内涵发展并重的教育改革之路。     

义务教育均衡发展方式的转变

当前义务教育均衡发展以资源配置为核心。在逐步实现资源均衡后,义务教育均衡发展的重点必须转向教育质量的提升,追求教育质量的公平。为此,资源均衡阶段学校的外延式发展、依附性发展和同质化发展模式,必须转变为质量公平阶段的内涵发展、自主发展和特色发展模式。教育质量提升的关键在于实现学校的转型变革与自主发展,它需要以特色学校建设为抓手,以学校教育教学改革为支撑,促进义务教育的优质均衡发展。     

均衡与信息化:区域义务教育均衡发展的有效路径

区域义务教育的均衡发展是缩小城乡教育差异、解决校际差距、实现义务教育和谐发展的现实策略,加快教育信息化进程是实现区域义务教育均衡发展的有效路径和必然选择,从实施理念、政策保障、实施管理、评估与反馈方面着力探讨解决教育信息化的现实问题,构建教育信息化的有效实施路径,以促进区域义务教育均衡与和谐发展。
