汽车生产供应链上下游企业间的合作知识创造

随着商业竞争加剧,生产企业越来越需要与供应商合作;同时知识成为企业的重要资源,那么企业与供应商合作创造新知识的活动尤为重要。以往研究显示,对生产商而言,各供应商担当着不同的角色。本文以供应商所供应的商品的差异表达供应商的异质性,进而探讨供应商与生产商开展合作知识创造的情况,揭示不同供应商在参与程度上的差异。就此问题,以美国汽车生产行业中供应商与生产商共同创造知识的活动为研究对象,采用专利数据计量方法,开展实证检验。结果显示供应产品部件的供应商比供应生产设备的供应商更可能与生产商开展合作;供应部件的供应商中,部件对生产商越重要,越有可能与生产商开展合作。     

敏捷供应链的构造方法和敏捷策略

本文针对敏捷供应链的特征,给出了敏捷供应链的构造原则和方法,研究了敏捷供应链的敏捷策略：大规模订制、延迟、业务外包和知识共享,即分析了实施这四种策略的前提条件或要求、困难或障碍、效果以及相互关系,最后以著名的戴尔公司为例探讨了敏捷策略的具体应用。     

航空武器装备制造过程供应链的系统反馈结构分析

在对航空武器装备制造过程的供应链进行系统分析的基础上,利用系统动力学流率基本入树建模法,建立了航空武器装备制造过程供应链的系统反馈结构模型。并利用笔者提出的系统反馈基模生成系计算方法,计算出系统反馈基模,通过对系统主导反馈基模的分析,提出相应的管理方针,实现了用系统科学的方法有效分析供应链系统的目的。     

Possible sources of potash in america

From the foregoing it appears that there are within the United States large stores of raw materials from which it is possible to obtain ample supplies of potash salts; that the technology of the subject is sufficiently developed to demonstrate the entire practicability of a supply from native sources, so far as physical factors are concerned. We can have “potash” if we really want it and are willing to pay for it. There are, however, serious commercial doubts affecting each of the four possible sources, and concerning the validity of these doubts opinions may well differ. Those most familiar with the problem are the most sanguine of the probability of commercial success.While it is undoubtedly true that governmental efforts can yet furnish assistance, there is a very serious doubt as to how far these efforts should be continued. The time seems to have arrived when the commercial interests should themselves squarely assume the tasks confronting them and the costs of what further experimenting is necessary. This they have been slow to do, but there is rapidly accumulating evidence that these interests are responding to the spur of necessity, and that sooner or later potash salts from American sources are to be upon the market. An early cessation of the European war might delay but can no longer stop the development of our potash resources.

本文从供应链概念的发展历程及企业管理实践的背景出发,分析知识在供应链中的重要性以及供应链节点企业如何进行知识管理。首先,揭示了供应链网络中价值增值过程,明确了知识价值量在供应链网链结构中得到了增大;其次,根据供应链节点企业在知识增值过程中所处位置提出知识管理的具体策略,以提高企业的知识创新及运用能力、提升企业在价值链上所处位置。     

基于敏捷供应链的装备制造业供应商评价体系

基于敏捷供应链特点,以装备制造业为研究背景,构建了供应商的评价指标体系,该体系实现了对新供应商的选择和对老供应商的动态评价管理功能,不但保证敏捷供应链信息流的准确性和时效性,而且促使供应链节点始终保持在最佳状态,保障了供应链整体的稳定高效。同时采用基于MATLAB软件对体系模型进行了算法实例验证。     

基于委托代理理论的药品供应链成本控制研究

医生和患者在医疗活动中存在着特殊的委托代理关系.在缺乏约束的机制下.这种关系可能产生供应诱导需求,这是引发我国药品价格持续上涨,以至于发生在流通环节的药品供应链成本高达国内药品平均售价的40-50%的关键因素.基于委托代理理论,从增加药品交易中的价格透明度和信息可追踪性入手,提出构建药品交易信息系统,规范医院药品集中招标采购流程,加强对医生医风医德监督等一系列措施,旨在有效地扼制药品价格的上涨,促进公开公平的药品竞争市场的形成.     

中国和白俄罗斯钾肥资源合作态势与潜力研究

钾肥是保障粮食安全的重要物质之一,因钾盐资源匮乏,中国钾肥消费对外依存高,建立多元化的国际合作机制对保障中国钾肥供给安全具有重要战略意义。白俄罗斯地处全球地缘政治格局的心脏地带和丝绸之路经济带的枢纽地区,在俄乌危机背景下,其战略地位更加突出。近年来,白俄罗斯国内金融危机加速了其与中国全面战略伙伴关系的建立,中白合作进入关键机遇期,钾肥资源合作已成为中白两国元首确定的优先合作领域之一。白俄罗斯钾盐资源优势突出,钾肥产业基础良好;中国钾肥生产量和消费量均持续上升,但供需缺口依然很大,钾肥供给在较长一段时期还要依靠进口。目前白俄罗斯已成为中国第三大钾肥进口国,中白两国在钾盐资源本底、资源市场、开发技术和资金等方面互补性强,合作潜力大。但中白钾肥资源合作面临着进展缓慢、风险加剧、第三方干预等问题,建议积极推进中白钾肥企业股权合作,共同建立风险防范机制,规避钾肥合作过程中可能存在的政治风险和经济风险。     

The production of available potash from the natural silicites

In this paper a summary is given of the various processes which have been proposed for making the potash in the natural silicates available as a fertilizer.Experimental trials of a new rotary kiln process for treating feldspar are described, which depends upon a previous treatment before furnacing, consisting of a method of aggregating or clumping the mix so that chemical contact of the reacting substances is brought about during the subsequent processing. The qualitative and quantitative results obtained on a number of experimental trials on a mill scale of operation are presented and discussed. It is shown that it is possible to economically manufacture a potash fertilizer containing free lime from feldspar, and for a sufficiently low cost to make an industry based upon the method worthy of consideration.
