基于能力本位的教育观

职业教育的培养目标,绝不是被动的"知识存储器",也不是被动的"技能机器人".一个"生物人"只有经过职业教育才能成为一个社会所需要的职业人,但又不仅仅是一个纯粹的职业人,而是一个要生存、要发展的社会人.     

The educational inadequacy of conceptions of self in educational psychology

Disciplinary and professional psychology have exercised considerable influence over the ways in which Western individuals and societies understand what it is to be a person. During the last half of the 20^th century, educational psychologists advanced scientific and humanistic conceptions of the self that removed personhood from the historical, socio-cultural traditions and related moral and political practices within which the self develops. In consequence, the theoretical and practical models of self-enhancement and self-management offered by educational psychologists are inadequate with respect to the education of persons who, if they are to function as effective citizens, must participate in complex, contested socio-cultural, moral, and political contexts with others.     

关于教育的伦理道德价值的思考——兼谈教育的轼利化倾向

教育的伦理道德价值是从伦理道德的角度对教育价值的再思考。它是对教育这一社会活动或社会现象之应该如何的表述，以理想和超越为本质的非功利的价值取向是其核心和灵魂。依据价值关系的主体，有教育的个体伦理道德价值和教育的社会伦理道德价值之分。前表现为满足个体对幸福生活的向往和渴求，后是为社会发展提供智力支持和精神支柱的和谐统一。     

The role of educational developers in the expansion of educational technology

This paper explores how academic staff are supported in attempts to develop their use of educational technologies. It identifies the work undertaken by academic staff in the development of an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) application and relates this to the direct support (helping staff to teach using ICT) and professional development opportunities (helping staff to develop their skills) available to them. These broad areas of support are seen as a continuum, with varying proportions of direct support and professional development available in different circumstances. The paper concludes that increasing use and expectations of ICT to support student learning in traditional universities are leading to a greater need for team‐based approaches to support learners, and the issues that this change raises are explored.

近代中国大学的发展与名校长的教育理念紧密相关,其中蔡元培、梅贻琦、张伯苓、竺可桢等名校长的教育理念对近代及当代大学的发展产生了深远的影响和巨大的作用。本文以中国高等教育史上的名校北大、清华、南开、浙大为例,分析蔡元培、梅贻琦、张伯苓、竺可桢的教育理念及办学实践,以期对我国建设具有世界先进水平的大学有所启示。
