Although tourism marketing has made great progress in recent years,researches on it are far from enough.Current re searches on tourism marketing at home and abroad lack pertinence and mostly provide theoretical basis for tourism development within a wide range.The researches on tourism marketing of Penglai are few and far between.Based on previous studies and the status quo of tourism marketing strategy,the below statements tries to find out existing problems of Penglai’s tourism,put for ward countermeasures and propose feasible marketing patterns suitable for its tourism development.It subsequently concludes that it can make contribution to the sustainable development of Penglai’s tourism and provide other county-level tourism cities with reference for marketing tourism marketing strategies.

Analysis of Higher Tourism and Hospitality Education in China

Tourism education plays an important role in supporting tourism development and providing qualified employees to meet the great demands in China. A lack of high quality educators and employees is a common concern of Chinese tourism and hospitality education. The role of higher tourism and hospitality education has become more and more important for Chinese tourism and hospitality education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the situation of Chinese higher tourism and hospitality education and to identify the constraints and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of it.The results suggest three main existing problems of current Chinese higher tourism and hospitality education: lack of practical training occurred both in teaching activity and the quality of teachers; poor curriculum design particularly the unbalance of theory and practice; and teachers require further study especially practical training and work experience.     

Analysis on the Role of Mass Media in the Development of Tibet Tourism

In this paper, I will briefly analyze the role of mass media in the development of Tibet tourism. Through some examples and some theoretical analysis we will mainly discuss the problems and the prospects of Tibet tourism media. 科学学习的本质－有意义学习与机制学习，与学习者建构的“学习通道”有关。学习通道作为学习者学习的方式，会影响学习结果的性质。学习采用深层或浅层通道的学生在五个方面有明显的区别：（1）生成性思考，（2）解释的性质，（3）提出问题，（4）元认知，（5）学习方式。     

学习环境对教师学习结果的影响机制研究——基于全视角学习理论的大样本调查数据分析

文章以全视角学习理论为基础，设计了“环境（Environment）-过程（Process）-结果（Outcome）”评估框架，构建了教师学习结果的影响机制假设模型（简称EPO模型），并运用上海市X区的大样本调查数据对该模型进行检验。结构方程模型的路径分析表明：（1）教师学习环境对学习结果的间接效应正向且显著，并且学习环境通过学习过程中学习互动的中介效应显著影响了教师的学习结果；（2）教师学习过程中学习动力、学习内容、学习互动均正向显著地预测教师的学习结果；（3）教师学习过程中，学习互动和学习内容均显著正向影响教师的学习动力，且学习互动显著正向影响学习内容。EPO模型检验结果带来三个方面的结论和启示：EPO框架可作为中小学教师继续教育评估的模型；教师学习过程的专业设计无论怎样强调都不为过；教师的学习结果和学习过程是学习环境连续作用下的统合体。     

在线学习的类型及其特点

依据在线学习的两个维度（学习任务的开放性、学生自我控制的程度），可以将在线学习划分为四种类型。本文介绍了这四种类型在线学习的四个方面的特点：对话（dialogue）、参与（involvement）、支持（support）、控制（control）。这一理论框架有助于课程设计建构适宜的程序和系统，有助于教育工作者给各自的教育实践定位。     

C-E Translation Strategy in Tourism Translation Based on Text Typology

Tourism text constitutes a unique text type for practical purpose,differing from other text types in common use.It seems to be more important to understand,appreciate and translate tourism properly.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the text functions of tourism text based on the text typology put forward by Newmark.Besides,it also proposes the domestication strategy to deal with the translation of tourism text.     

Study of Tourism Public Governance Vis-à-vis Crisis Management

This paper,taking into consideration the tour guides’protest actions in Guilin on July,26,2012 as an example,is a study on tourism public governance vis-à-vis crisis management.It holds that the basic goal of tourism public governance is the prevention of and resolution to public crises,wherefore the need to raise its scientific level of decision-making.It discusses the internal relations between the basic goal and the appraisal of the causes and effects of public policy on tourism governance,with the aim to present theoretical guidance on future actions and decisions,to improve on the current mode of tourism governance,towards the establishment of a new scientific system in this respect.
