圆弧金刚石砂轮精密在位检测系统设计

针对圆弧金刚石砂轮磨损检测及砂轮修形的实际需要,通过研究圆弧金刚石砂轮的在位测量原理,设计相应的软硬件控制方案.利用KEYENCE公司LK-G1O高精度激光位移传感器,设计圆弧金刚石砂轮的精密在位检测系统,实现圆弧金刚石砂轮表面轮廓的精密检测.实验结果表明：该检测系统适用于圆弧金刚石砂轮精密测量和评价,为光学非球面磨削加工提供参数依据.

基于GIS和ZigBee技术的森林防火监测系统

研究了以GIS为核心的技术对林区地理信息进行准确定位并计算最佳扑火路径,通过SHT11温湿度传感器采集并结合ZigBee技术利用CC2530模块对林区环境进行远程监控,建立了森林防火监测系统。通过该系统实现面向空间实体及其关系的数据组织、高效海量空间数据的存储与索引,及三维实体建模和分析,实现为林区提供全天候无人值守的监控服务。该系统结构精简,易于扩展,有效地减少了线缆连接,同时通过串口通信实现管理人员对林区的远程可视化监控。
