应试教育对学生创新素质的扼杀越来越重，在职业学校实习课教学中同样如此：统一模式的实习设计，机械划一的实习器材，刻板的实习程序，样板化的实习结论……学生在实习教学过程中应有的创新意识、创新精神、创新思维、创新操作活动都失去了存在的发展的空间。面对此状，改革实习教学，培养学生创新素质已成为当务之急。

随着高职教学改革实践的深入发展，“以能力为本位”的教学模式越来越显示出它不可取代的优势，人们越来越认识到，办出高职特色，培养好应用性人才，必须加大实习教学比例。在目前的实际教学中，实习教学和理论教学的比例是1：1，实习教学已成为教学中的中心环节，但遗憾的是，实习教学环境已不能完全满足实习教学的需要。因此，我们不能把改善实习教学环境只放在硬件设施的配置上，而是要更加注重实习人文环境的建设，即软环境的营构。实习教学软环境的营构关键是让学生动起来，达到良性循环的状态。

认识实习是安全工程专业学生在校期间重要的实践环节,有效的实习教学模式可以提高学生对安全技术的感性认识,增强学习目标性,提高专业课程学习积极性。本文分析了以往认识实习中存在的问题,建立了"1+X"创新实习模式,为保证实习效果,建立了认识实习教学体系,从实习设备等硬件、教材大纲等软件、考核机制以及师资力量等方面均进行了创新性改革。实践证明,新的实习模式实施后,学生的理论学习和现场实习的效果都有了很大的提高。
