本文利用AOV—网初步建立了教学计划编制的模型，并给出了其算法实现．     

A worldwide intercultural network: exploring electronic messaging for instruction

A worldwide international computer network has been developed to provide students from different cultures with opportunities to work cooperatively. Prototype activities have been developed and tested which facilitate and contextualize interactions among secondary and college students. Joint projects in language, science and social studies are carried out using an overnight electronic network to coordinate parallel surveys and to exchange findings of joint research. The instructional utility of these activities and the technical and organizational aspects of the network are discussed. Receiving-end translation as a method for achieving understanding across languages is reported.     

网络传输的方向是群对群传输研究

网络传输可以分为四种形态：“一对一”,“多对一”,“一对多”和“多对多”。“一对一”是问题分解的终极,而“多对多”则是效率所追求的终极。由四种形态之间转变展开讨论,为了提高效率,网络传输应该转向“多对多”。群对群是“多对多”的另一种传输方式,或者说,是强调分群的“多对多”传输。

Plans for Comprehensive Higher Institutions

Higher education in the Federal Republic is undergoing radical changes, which aim at modernizing and democratizing the university's structure, governance, and programs of study. The elaborate planning includes the participation of all Federal and Land government authorities, associations of university rectors, professors, assistants, and students, as well as of labor unions, professional organizations, and the public (at open hearings). The first draft of a Federal Framework Law was passed in July 1970; a revised second draft, submitted in December, will probably see final adoption by the Bundestag in early summer 1971.

Learning Plans

Abstract

Learning plans are essential tools for field education. The development of a learning plan invests the student in the learning process by encouraging ownership. It alsoserves as a model to help students understand the contracting process used when engaging clients. A well thought out learning plan assures accountability and avoids problemsthat may arise resulting from unclear field expectations. Yet, many students and field instructors have difficulty in developing meaningful plans that truly relate to the social work educational experience. This paper provides a framework for developing a learning plan that includes an overview of the student, faculty advisor, and field instructor's roles and the process utilized. Working from broad comprehensive learning goals, cognitive and affective objectives are developed. This leads to specified tasks and evaluative standards. A sample format is presented to further assist students, faculty advisors, and field instructors to develop useful, instructive, and evaluative learning plans.     

Providing knowledge recommendations: an approach for informal electronic mentoring

The use of Web 2.0 technologies for knowledge management is invading the corporate sphere. The Web 2.0 is the most adopted knowledge transfer tool within knowledge intensive firms and is starting to be used for mentoring. This paper presents IM-TAG, a Web 2.0 tool, based on semantic technologies, for informal mentoring. The tool offers recommendations of mentoring contents built upon personal competencies of the mentee, combined with content and opinion tagging. To validate the tool, a case study comparing recommendations from the IM-TAG and a group of experts was conducted. Results show that the accuracy of IM-TAG's recommendations is notable and satisfactory. The main conclusions of this research may be valuable to organizations immersed in mentoring programs.     

Prepaid Tuition Plans for College Education:

During the 1990-91 school year, thirty states cut higher education budgets by an average of 3.92 percept. Higher education costs for universities and tuition fees for students have increased dramatically during the 1980's and likely will continue to rise during the 1990's. Parents are concerned that a college education may be prohibitive in the near future. Consideration of prepaid tuition programs as a means of funding a college education may provide a means to ease that concern. This paper discusses strengths and weaknesses of prepaid tuition programs and provides an analysis to illustrate their use as a possible alternative in funding a child's future education. Some financial planners seem to be steering people away from these prepaid plans. However, prepayment plans do offer significant potential benefits to parents in regard to locking in the cost of college tuition. As seen in the analysis, a parent of ten-year-old child can invest $10,356 and receive tuition benefits in excess of $30,500.
