网络思想政治教育面临的新课题主要表现为:网络领域机遇性与风险性的并存;网络环境中的道德张扬与道德失范影响;网络社会的霸权性文化与多样性文化的碰撞;网络信息的海量性与选择性的矛盾;网络主体的主体性与依赖性的变更;网络行为的现实性与虚拟性的互动。网络思想政治教育面临的几个新课题也就是网络思想政治教育过程的几个矛盾,其中网络行为的现实性与虚拟性之间的矛盾是网络思想政治教育过程的基本矛盾,其他矛盾都是由此衍生的,它们之间相互联系、相互影响。解决网络思想政治教育过程的基本矛盾比解决现实(或说是物理空间)思想政治教育过程基本矛盾的难度更大。要解决好这对基本矛盾,必须坚持网络思想政治教育的基本原则,制定有效的管理模式,加强网络思想政治教育的开发,充分发挥网络思想政治教育的价值和功能。  相似文献

This paper is an attempt to map out an emerging, and increasingly important field of study concerning the relationship between education and conflict. The field has two main parameters. The first involves the variety of contexts within which education systems are required to operate. Distinctions are drawn between education that is provided within relatively peaceful and stable environments; during times of violent conflict; as part of reconstruction following conflict or political transition; and as part of longer term peace and reconciliation processes. Educational priorities and concerns may be quite different depending on each of these circumstances. The second parameter concerns different levels of action within an education system. These include the political and policy environment, administrative and structural features and various aspects of educational practice. The paper argues that actions through various ‘entry points’ at each of these levels carry the potential to exacerbate or ameliorate conflict and suggests that a systemic analysis of investments in education systems from a conflict perspective should be a routine part of educational planning.  相似文献

This article provides a panoramic view of research findings on social inequalities in access to higher education in Croatia since the 1960s, guided by the question of what has changed in the findings. Our review shows that there is stark continuity over the last five decades: students from better educated family backgrounds tend to be overrepresented in higher education; students from better educated and white-collar family backgrounds are more likely to enrol in academic as opposed to professional study courses; students at one Croatian university in particular stand out in terms of their more privileged social background; and medicine seems to be the prime academic field for observing social reproduction. We note that these persistent findings run parallel to a dramatically changing political, economic and social context in Croatia, including transformations in the 1990s resulting from social ownership of the means of production to widespread private ownership, as well as transformations from a one-party political system to the establishment of a multi-party political system. The article maps possible theoretical explanations for the resilience of social inequalities in access to higher education in the context of dynamic times. In Israel, the Israeli–Palestinian conflict is the most fundamental political and moral issue current and future citizens face. If we accept the maxim that schools should prepare citizens for participation in determining the future of their state, Israeli students must be introduced to the historical, political and moral questions at the heart of the conflict. But this responsibility of Israeli schools and teachers is a highly contentious issue. The most important issue in Israeli political education is thus the hardest to teach. In this article I argue that, despite considerable educational and political risks, teaching Jewish Israeli students about the 1948 Palestinian Nakba (alternatively known as the Israeli War of Independence) holds substantial potential for their epistemic development as capable knowers. I begin by reviewing the political, dialogical, cognitive and epistemic deficits in Israeli education, highlighting how the Nakba is suppressed in history and citizenship education. By analysing the epistemic context of the Nakba in Israeli society and education, I present two pedagogical approaches for teaching controversial issues, arguing for an inquiry-based approach over the widely held approach. I demonstrate the benefits of an inquiry-based approach in the context of history education. In the final section of the article, I build on the case of the Nakba to argue for a new epistemic framework for Israeli citizenship education. I begin by outlining the shortcomings of the current epistemic framework of the subject and point to possible future directions for the subject.  相似文献

《中共中央宣传部、教育部关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见的实施方案》规定,从2006年秋季起新入学的本科生思想政治理论课的课程设置和教材内容都将做全面的改动。本次教改中新教材内容有“三贴近”的显著特点———贴近现实、贴近大学生思想实际、贴近当前大家关心的热点问题,其核心宗旨及精神实质与人文精神具有内在的深刻的一致性。培育大学生人文素质和人文精神,应是高校政治理论课教改的主要思路和基本对策。  相似文献

非物质文化遗产保护教育关乎民族文化的存亡,是当代人重塑民族灵魂的历史使命.结合相关国际公约的核心价值观,分析了非物质文化遗产地旅游教育的性质,探讨了非物质文化遗产地旅游教育的目标及现实意义,确定了非物质文化遗产地旅游教育的核心内容.认为中国非物质文化遗产地旅游教育中的主要问题是:教育产业化、工程化、政绩化的价值取向与非物质文化遗产保护价值取向的矛盾;教育实施体系的构建与教育行政体制的矛盾;非物质文化遗产地旅游教育的需求与实际供给能力的矛盾.针对以上问题,结合相关统计数据,明确了旅游教育界在非物质文化遗产保护工作中所应承担的社会责任,为非物质文化遗产地旅游教育的发展提供了一些思路.  相似文献

preliminary evidence from a variety of settings around the world indicates that a focus on the shared human experiences of people affected by armed conflict appears to respond to diverse educational needs in very different social and political settings. Education in humanitarian law fosters increased awareness of humanitarian issues in the face of the threat of armed conflict, encourages a shared sense of citizenship in post-conflict settings through the exploration of minimal international humanitarian norms, and heightens awareness of less contentious means of addressing social and political violence through the examination of various issues of global concern. In post-conflict and divided societies, education based on the exploration of humanitarian issues highlights the common human concerns that arise in times of armed conflict, concerns that are often obscured by politically and ideologically driven analyses. By developing a sense of shared destiny, education in humanitarian law can contribute to strengthening and rebuilding social cohesion.  相似文献
