乌鲁木齐市城市社区居民体育服务需求分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以乌鲁木齐市城市社区居民为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法及数理统计法等方法对乌鲁木齐市城市社区居民的体育需求现状进行了调研,结果表明:乌鲁木齐市城市社区居民对社区体育管理、社会体育指导员、体育场地、国民体质监测的满意度较低,体育服务需求呈现多元化、多维化特征。为更好地实施社区体育服务提出了建议。  相似文献

乌鲁木齐市老年人口迅速增加,养老问题正日益成为一个严峻的社会问题。结合乌鲁木齐市的养老现状,我们认为社区养老模式是一种符合社会发展的模式,但是在发展过程中社区养老服务存在着问题:政策缺乏统一的协调、运作机制和保障;资金短缺,来源方式单一;社区服务工作不能适应社区养老的发展;社区养老的宣传力度不大,对社区养老的认识不足。搞好社区养老服务应进一步建立健全居家养老服务的政策;把社区养老模式纳入到乌鲁木齐市的"和谐社区建设"中;丰富资金来源,多渠道筹集资金;实行科学化、行业化的管理;加大对社区养老的宣传力度,提供老年人的参与性。  相似文献

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Mississippi Gulf Coast superintendents were faced with changes in their communities, schools, and school districts of a magnitude that they could not have imagined. This narrative study was based on multiple interviews conducted in 2005 and 2006 of 7 Gulf Coast superintendents. The study investigated how these superintendents have responded to the devastation of Katrina and how they perceive their leadership roles to have changed as a result. The study found that the superintendents have changed their priorities and focuses and have drawn on their personal strength and resilience to serve the people in their school districts and their communities.  相似文献

This paper discusses the learning and development experiences of academics who make transitions between higher education institutions involving multiple communities. In these communities, they may act on the periphery as both newcomers and academics with established credentials that may have a significant impact on their participation. In acknowledging this, this paper uses Lave and Wenger’s concept of Community of Practice to better understand how these academics gain their legitimacy, and whether mentoring has a specific role to play in their development into full members of communities. Based on the analysis of the themes generated from 12 in-depth semi-structured interviews with academics who have experienced transitions between higher education institutions, this paper suggests that restricted access to a mentoring programme may lead these academics to question their status benefits and their development into full participants of communities. Referring to the examples of mentoring programmes used in other universities, this paper shows that among experienced academics, mentoring can contribute to their development and provide a range of psychosocial benefits from the increased level of support.  相似文献

Hybrid communities using online and face-to-face communications to construct their practices are increasingly part of everyday life amongst people who have easy access to the internet. Researching these communities raises a number of challenges for researchers in the pursuit of ethical research. The paper begins by exploring what is understood by hybrid communities and how their practices might be researched using hybrid methods to investigate the experiences of participants in them. The discussion then considers what might be an ethical framework for researching activity in these entities, giving examples from several projects that have tried carefully to embed this framework in their practices. In exploring these studies, the paper highlights the ethical possibilities and challenges that online and offline spaces offer for researchers in the conduct of their qualitative educational research.  相似文献

Since the mid‐1990s, the concept of professional learning communities has arisen in the education field in the West, aiming to improve teachers’ professional competency by using collaborative approaches. Western studies indicate that these strategies help teachers achieve professional growth. Schools in China have had a long history of enhancing the professional competency of teachers by using collaboration in school‐based contexts. But do professional learning communities in Chinese schools, especially in times of change, do the same for Chinese teachers? This study provides empirical data from Chinese teachers to assist global discussions on school‐based professional development. The study uses qualitative data collection methods, including semi‐structured interviews, observations and documentary analysis, to investigate how teachers from two subject departments in a secondary school in Shanghai enhance their knowledge and practice within their subject‐based professional learning communities. Results show that members of these two communities have shared common goals and have developed a sense of collective accountability. The study also found that socio‐cultural factors, such as the collectivist values, authoritarian‐oriented practices and influences of interpersonal relationship, are crucial in the development of Chinese professional learning communities, even though different communities may differ in other respects.  相似文献

社区教育是建立及完善终身教育体系、建设学习型社会的重要途径。"数字化手段推进广西北部湾经济区学习型社区建设实践研究"课题组对北海市企业园区、居民社区、乡镇社区居民的终身学习需求进行调查,了解了不同群体社区居民的学习需求、愿望、动机和行为特征,并进行了比较分析。从激发居民终身学习内动力、健全社区教育管理体制和运行机制、形成社区教育经费投入机制、建立相对稳定的社区教育师资队伍,结合本土实际创新社区教育模式等几方面提出了建议。  相似文献

Opportunities for experiential learning in teacher education are increasingly important as the demographics of teachers and students diverge. I draw on place-conscious pedagogies, funds of knowledge, and teacher development theories to inquire into pre-service teachers' developing conceptions of community as they engaged in a project meant to introduce them to the local communities. Findings suggest that PSTs’ experiences with communities growing up limit their understanding of reciprocity between communities and schools as teachers. The findings have implications for the ways that teacher educators incorporate experiential learning into their programs.  相似文献

This study shows how the provision of educational facilities in Kenya since the colonial era has been skewed in favour of densely populated agricultural communities. It analyses interventions to redress the resultant imbalances, such as the school-fees waiver, free primary education, the construction of boarding schools, and school feeding programmes. These measures are shown to have had little impact on increasing access and participation of pastoralist communities in primary education; for they have usually been introduced without serious consideration of the prevailing socio-economic conditions. It is proposed here that for their future development, the government needs to articulate clearer policies and involve such communities in planning as well as incorporate elements of their existing traditional education institutions.  相似文献

职业院校学生社团组织既有普通高校学生社团的共性,又有职业院校学生社团的特点.但由于多方面的原因,各个院校学生社团的发展很不平衡,而且不同程度地存在管理不规范、发展不稳定、经费和活动场地不足、缺乏整体规划等问题.根据职业教育特点,各职业院校应大力发展专业技能型社团和创业型社团,把社团活动纳入学分制管理,并尝试网络社团活动和跨校社团活动.  相似文献

This paper considers the possible nature and membership of learning communities in schools and what evidence there may be of middle leaders trying to develop and sustain learning communities with their colleagues, even though these communities encompass asymmetrical power relationships between members. Although it is argued that students and support staff are part of these learning communities, not apart from them, the limited evidence from this study does not support this. How power is used and distributed to construct collaborative cultures, and the part played by middle leaders, is central to the development of a learning community. The promotion of dialogue and consultation amongst members helps them to generate a sense of community which, in turn, enables them to tackle effectively the tasks and dilemmas facing them. Empirical evidence from a small scale study in England indicates the ways in which some middle leaders have tried to build learning communities, and their colleagues’ views on their efforts, while negotiating the value‐laden tensions and dilemmas inherent in all middle management posts in educational organisations.  相似文献
