“Exercise is Medicine”发展现状及对我国启示

采用文献资料等方法对 "Exercise is Medicine"领域现状进行了研究及探讨其对我国健康事业发展的启示。研究结果显示,EIM项目已在美国逐步兴起、发展并得到社会大众的认可,形成了比较完整的知识应用体系。目前,EIM项目主要应用于心肺耐力、心血管疾病、骨质疏松、内分泌功能紊乱、消化系统等与静坐不运动密切关联身体疾病。对我国主要的启示：引进EIM项目并推广;构建符合我国国情的EIM体系;构建我国EIM从业资格和职业认证体系;引进社会资源,推动EIM快速发展;政府给予绿色通道,政策给予保障。
