Abstract

World outlook, outlook on life and values are the master switch of ideological and political education, while the first is the hub of the switch. In the actual ideological and political education, however, the education of world outlook is often blurred and faded. This paper analyzes the factors and demonstrates from both practical and theoretical perspectives the decisive role the world outlook plays in the shaping of the outlook on life and values. This paper holds that the world outlook is the foundation for the socialist core values, ideals and beliefs; only when a person establishes a scientific world outlook, can he/she understand the socialist core values properly and shape scientific ideals and beliefs. Then the paper further analyzes the content and methods for world outlook education, paying special attention to the gradual process of education from primary school to middle school to college, sticking to the educational method of from outside to inside and from shallow to the depth and the combination of the world outlook and methodology.

With the development of society,people are increasingly aware of the importance of education,especially the good education on women.This paper took one of the heroines of a thousand splendid suns——Laila as an example to elaborate clearly the significant influence of good education on women's body and mentality.In doing so,it made an attempt to achieve the purpose of giving a deeper understanding of the process,the obstacles and the significant meaning of education on women.It was also hoped that this deeper understanding would lead to greater input into women's education and their more comprehensive involvement in social and economic development.

The Consult Model of Human Resource Supply Chain Based on Higher Education as Core

This paper analyzes the main workflow of our higher education. We introduce the Supply Chain Management （SCM） to describe our Human Resource Supply Chain Management （HRSCM） which takes the higher education as the core. We set up the consult model （HRSCMCM） of it. The model takes the higher education as the core, connects the secondary education and satisfies the social demands. It is also an important part to join the multinational education. It is an acculturation and globalization. Because of uncertain information and the delay demands of Human Resource market, the HRSCM also has its bullwhip effect that the demand and supply can not meet and a large number of graduates can not find jobs. As the resolutions, we set up our model including information sharing, flexible education and forecast-demand double drivers. We hope this model can give some elicitations on our national human resource construction micro-mechanism.

The Difference between Chinese and American Higher Education System

This paper describes the differences between the Chinese and American higher education system, and different issues behind these differences along with history and contemporary complexities, and analyzes the reason of its emergence, then how to solve these issues. I studied at Iowa Wesleyan College in America for two and a half years. In order to further understand American higher education system, I interviewed a librarian of Iowa Wesleyan College named Sherril Gibbs. And I have used a lot of data of the department of education USA government from Wikipedia and other sources in my paper. Then this paper finds that Chinese and American higher education system has their own strengths and weaknesses. Both the systems have a need to learn from each other to execute a better education system and to ensure development of all students as per their interest and abilities.

浅谈培根有关偏见的思想——从人的主体认识结构角度分析培根的"四假象说"

四假象说是培根哲学中最著名的部分之一。在四假象说中,培根分析了阻碍人们正确认识的四种假象或者说是偏见,提出要将感觉与理性结合起来解决偏见与正确认识之间的矛盾问题。具体说就是运用他的经验归纳法。偏见属于我们现在所谈的主体认识结构问题,培根看到了偏见对人们观察认识事物的消极作用,成为西方哲学史上系统、深刻地探讨和解释主体认识结构问题的第一人。培根对主体性问题的探讨具有局限性,是否定性的,没能看到主体认识结构的积极作用。
