丁酰肼和多效唑对无患子生长的影响

采用不同浓度的多效唑和丁酰肼对无患子进行叶面喷施处理,研究其对无患子生长的影响.结果表明：多效唑的矮化效果比丁酰肼好,其中0.01g/L多效唑和0.1g/L丁酰肼对无患子的矮化效果最佳,可使无患子生长健壮,株高明显矮化,茎加粗,叶面积降低,叶片明显变厚,颜色更浓绿,叶绿素含量增加.研究结果为合理应用丁酰肼和多效唑控制无患子生长提供了科学依据.     

双酰肼类昆虫生长调节剂的研究新进展

综述了双酰肼类昆虫生长调节剂的研究进展。介绍了该类杀虫剂的先导化合物的发现、结构修饰极其与活性关系,阐述了该类化合物的作用机制,并依据文献总结出4条合成酰肼类化合物的方法,对该类化合物的发展前景做了展望。

本在大量献查阅的基础上，对铂抗肿瘤配合物的作用机制机制进行了总结。提出了铂配合物具有较高抗肿瘤活性，较好的耐药性能的结构要求①非离子型；②合适的空间体积；③顺式构型；④与目前临床应用铂类抗肿瘤药物结构差异较大酰肼类载体配体和以Cl^-作为离去基团。合成并标征了三个以酰肼为载体配体，以氯离子为离去基的铂（Ⅱ）配合物，其中二个未见报道。     

二氯·苯甲酰肼合锰(Ⅱ)等配合物的合成

本实验合成了二氯·苯甲酰肼合锰(Ⅱ)配合物,制得了此配合物的浅红色单晶,测得熔点为59～61℃,用日本产岛津红外光谱仪做了红外图谱.用类似方法还合成了苯甲酰肼与锌、镉、钕、钐、镧、钆、镝、钇、镱等九种金属离子氯化物形成的配合物.     

邻苯二甲醛双缩水杨酰肼Schiff碱的合成及抑菌活性研究

以邻苯二甲醛与水杨酰肼,通过液相反应,合成了邻苯二甲醛双缩水杨酰肼Schiff碱。通过熔点、元素分析、红外、紫外和1HNMR测定,对其结构进行了表征;抑菌试验表明:该Schiff碱对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和伤寒杆菌有中等强度的抑菌作用。

N-二茂铁甲酰基-N′-苯甲酰氨基硫脲的合成与杀菌活性

二茂铁甲酸与草酰氯反应得二茂铁甲酰氯,与硫氰酸钾反应生成二茂铁甲酰基异硫氰酸酯,再与苯甲酰肼进行加成反应,合成一种新型二茂铁硫脲衍生物——N-二茂铁甲酰基-N′-苯甲酰氨基硫脲,产物经IR和1H NMR鉴定,与结构相符.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,该化合物对枯草杆菌有抑制作用,而对大肠杆菌无明显的抑制作用.     

取代肼与α、β不饱和醛酮的反应机理探究

就α、β不饱和醛酮与取代肼的反应机理探究对目前教科书中几种不同说法提出了新的看法，即在一定条件下α、β不饱和醛酮与取代肼的反应也可以是1、4加成为主，苯取代烷基的氮原子进攻β位的烯碳原子，反应的中间体可以分离和观察到。所以这个多中心反应的主要途径和反应产物与反应条件和反应物的结构密切相关。     

哺乳动物丙二酰CoA的调控与功能

丙二酰CoA不仅是脂肪酸合成的中间产物,而且对脂肪酸代谢、胰岛素分泌、机体能量消耗和采食量的调控具有重要作用。乙酰辅酶A羧化酶、丙二酰CoA脱羧酶及营养状况调控机体内丙二酰CoA的水平,而丙二酰CoA主要经由肉毒碱脂酰转移酶来调节脂肪酸代谢,进而调控胰岛素分泌,采食量等。本文主要综述了丙二酰CoA的调控与功能及其在哺乳动物的研究进展。     

一系列苯并-15-冠-5冠醚化酰腙衍生物的合成及结构表征

以乙醇为溶剂,4′-乙酰基苯并-15-冠-5和酰肼为反应物,在回流条件下合成了八个新型冠醚化的酰腙,采用红外、核磁、元素分析对所合成的目标化合物进行了表征,确定了结构。探讨了电子效应对反应产率的影响,并对该类化合物1HNMR图谱中R-CH_2CONHN=基团中CH_2和NH质子峰的出峰情况进行了初步分析。
