攀枝花市出生缺陷的现况调查

目的：掌握攀枝花市出生缺陷发生率,了解出生缺陷分布特征、影响因素、发生原因等,制定预防出生缺陷实施方案,提高出生人口素质。方法：按照“攀枝花市出生缺陷监测方案”的要求,在攀枝花市所有出生缺陷监测单位对2008年10月1日至2011年9月30日出生的围产儿进行监测。结果：共监测30111例围产儿,胎龄28周以上出生缺陷381例,出生缺陷发生率为126．5／万;男性出生缺陷发生率高于女性,差异具有统计学意义（x2=11．49,P〈0．01）;出生缺陷儿母亲各年龄组间差异无统计学意义。攀枝花市出生缺陷主要为总唇裂、多指（趾）、外耳畸形等。结论：攀枝花市三年来出生缺陷发生率呈下降趋势;全面实施出生缺陷干预措施,认真落实“三级预防”措施、强化孕期保健是减少出生缺陷发生的关键。     

站在“珠穆朗玛”上──山西畸形儿情况调查

背景介绍：１９８８年至１９９２年，卫生部组织全国各省市共同实施国家“七五”重点科技攻关课题《中国出生缺陷监测》。山西省１１个地（市）及５个县的２５所医院、妇幼保健院参加了监测。结果显示：全国新生儿出生缺陷总发生率为９９．６２／万，其中神经管略形发生率为２３．９６／万，位居世界第一，被称为世界出生缺陷的“珠穆朗玛峰”；山西省新生儿出生缺陷率高达１８９．８６／万，其中神经管略形发生率为１０２．２７／万，又位居全国之首，被称为珠峰的“峰顶”。据山西省１９９７年所做的出生缺陷回顾调查，出生缺陷总发生率１８６．４８／万，神经管畸形发生率 ９７．９７／万，仍与卫生部监测结果不相上下。     

黄山市0-5岁儿童出生缺陷调查报告

为了解黄山市0-5岁儿童出生缺陷的患病率情况,采用流行病学的筛查方法,通过对黄山市在2006年1月1日-2010年12月31日期间出生的围产儿和0-5岁户籍儿童进行出生缺陷入户筛查。共筛查出生缺陷儿981例,出生缺陷发生率为158.63/万。排在前5位的是先天性心脏病、肢体畸形、总唇腭裂、脑萎缩和先天性脑积水。出生缺陷发生率呈逐年上升趋势,农村高于城市,男孩高于女孩,差异均有统计学意义。建议全面实施出生缺陷干预工程,将出生缺陷干预工作的重点放在农村,尤其加强前5位发生率较高病种的预防。     

新农村建设的思考——我国出生缺陷监测系统有待完善

“建设社会主义新农村”;“提高出生人口素质”,“推进社会主义和谐社会建设”,这是“十一五”时期的战略重点和主要任务。该文从新生儿不容乐观的现状出发,指出出生缺陷预防的重要性。通过分析我国现有的以医院为基础的出生缺陷监测系统所存在的问题,提出覆盖城乡以人群为对象建立全国出生缺陷监测系统的必要性,解释了何谓出生缺陷监测系统,最后着重从监测方法和工作过程的角度提出了建议。     

山阴县神经管畸形流行特征及因素分析

目的探索神经管畸形在本地的流行特征及影响因素,以及开展"削峰"工程的成就.方法对1987-2006年的出生缺陷监测资料的相关数据,采用χ2检验进行统计分析.结果县乡两级医疗机构在1987-2006年间畸形发生率为(4.81±0.65)‰.结论①开展"削峰"工程,采取口服斯利安、进行B超早期诊断、实施孕产妇系统管理等措施,可使神经管畸形的形成和出生机会减少;②神经管畸形的发生率城镇低于农村,男性低于女性;③孕早期病毒感染的胎儿较易发生神经管畸形,孕妇被动吸烟是导致胎儿神经管畸形的原因之一.

控制人口数量,提高人口素质是我国的一项基本国策,而出生缺陷则是严重影响人口素质的一个重要因素。文章综述出生缺陷的发生、分类、发病因素、发病机制,探讨我国出生缺陷的监测、干预和预防工作的开展,为提高人口素质,保护人群健康打下基础。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
